Good location & within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Single twin room was nice - large single beds with spacious rooms. Shower drainage wasn’t great and our bathroom was repeatedly flooded. Walls are either thin or we had a very loud neighbour! Otherwise, a comfy stay with AC, fridge and large storage area in room.

The boutique is located in the center and has Orussey noodles as well. It’s super convenient with a 7-Eleven opposite and close to Super Duper for personal necessities.The staff are really friendly to all customers.I would recommend it and will definitely return when traveling for business or leisure.

The bathroom has a small drainage pipe, and the water drains slowly. I hope this can be improved in the future.

I've stayed at this hotel a bunch of times, and it's always been a great experience! The location is incredible—it’s right in the heart of everything, so finding delicious places to eat is a breeze. Whether you’re craving pizza, sushi, or a nice steak, there’s something close by to satisfy any appetite. Plus, the rooms are really spacious and cozy, which makes it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. Honestly, it feels like a home away from home!

I encountered a drainage issue in the bathroom while showering, which caused water to pool. Everything else was good, but this needs attention.

Room is comfortable little bit older but fine. In hotel are 2 saunas, swimming pool doesn't work for long time.

No jacuzzi, sauna or steam room. Disappointing.

There is a 7/11 at the corner of the street (50 m), which is very useful. The gym is still poorly equipped and the jacuzzi not working. The cleaning staff is nice and friendly, as usual.

I was placed in one of the least pleasant "deluxe" rooms, whereas for years, I had always gotten a room on the third floor. It’s a bit disappointing to stay at a hotel for years and receive no sign of appreciation. Avoid booking a "non-refundable" room, as you can be sure you'll get a bad one. I am a solo traveler, but the staff thought it was a good idea to put me next to a family room with, of course, a small child who cried all the time and parents who talked loudly 24/7. I completely understand that small children cry, but the least they could do is place solo travelers elsewhere! I was given a temporary kettle, since the one on the tray was probably broken, and the TV didn’t work either—it was replaced while I was in the room. In short, the experience was nothing like the warm welcome I received when I was one of the first and only guests just after the borders reopened post-COVID. As for the rest, well, the hotel carpets, as well as the sofa and chair in the room, were downright filthy, covered in large grease/sweat stains and marks everywhere. Get your cleaning staff a carpet shampooer!

Good size room, close to the bus station and the train station which made it perfect for an overnight stop. Check in was 24 hours. Sauna/Ibsen looked beautiful, unfortunately we arrived too late to try them

Provided picture and reality totally different, I felt some were got in to Ghost house, no sufficient staffs in gym and sona bath location and it's all old and no usable conditions, it's was of money, if you ask water they are asking to go and get it in reception, Lift is not working, so horrible experience

Everything . Best location, High value for the money I’ve spend. Super clean, nice staff, the room felt like new.Bathroom was clean and spacious.

Lovely room and friendly staff.

Lift was broken when we were there and the lights didn’t work well when walking up the stairs so had to use the flashlights on our phones which was a struggle with big bags but otherwise okay.
