Stunning hotel near the airport. Amazing room with private pool access. Wow!!!

There was no one else there. The restaurant was empty. We went to go and have dinner but the only available drink was beer. As this was the last night of our honeymoon I wanted more. There is a supermarket near by so we went and bought wine and hot instant noodles and chilled in the room instead.

Location - near the airport. It was a $3 tuktuk ride to the airport. Very comfy and the pool was nice. Breakfast was ok. Sam Doo Chinese restaurant on site was really good.

One receptionist called Helen was rude and dismissive. The other reception staff were nice and we feel were embarrassed about her attitude!

Beautiful clean room, good bath facilities and amazing communal pool. Front of house Staff could have been friendlier on arrival a few lost in translation moments which could have been avoided with a smile and some understanding but hey. Good night sleep and close to the airport. Breakfast was ok

Green paradise near Phnom Pehn International airport.The food in restaurant was delicious during the breakfast and dinner as well.Personnel was very responsive

The neighboring Chinese restaurant was great and authentic. I think we were the only westerners there and the breakfast etc was very much geared towards Chinese (not a bad thing, just an observation).

Eaten alive at pool etc by mozzies making it unusable sadly.

Nice clean spacious room and bathroom. A lot of thought has gone into ensuring all the little needs of the guests were available in the unit. The breakfast choices were great. A nice pool also.

Staff were lovely. We were on just on time for breakfast but they let us in and made us coffee. pool was lovely.

Good for airport but not so convenient for Phnom Penh although tuktuks wait outside to take you anywhere you want to go.

Stay away! Horrible hotel!

Smelly rooms that reek of cigarette smoke. No hot water in showers. Rude staff. Requires cash for incidentals. Had to go to front desk to pay for meal in restaurant.

Rooms smell cigarette smoke (mattress, curtains, air con, etc)Some rooms in the back of the hotel are run down and smell quite bad, with no view ("garden view" is a misnomer) -although their price is similar to the good ones with pool view.

Disappointing

The staff is awful and absolutely not welcoming the guest. The rooms smells old ashtray and cigarettes even I asked to get another room. This was still smelly. The service in the restaurant nearby the entrance was also horrible and the place was so windy. I warmly not recommend to stay at this place.

Communication was a major issue, nobody understands English especially the receptionists.Secondly food. Only Chinese cuisine was offered.There must be a little variety.

Even it is a big hotel it was very quiet there. The breakfast was very good, but I missed butter. We were pleasantly received and received good service

The first night we had a room with a good bed, but when we came back to sleep there the last two nights we got a room with a bed that creaked something absolutely terrible. Both rooms had also been smoked in. In 2024, all hotel rooms should be smoke-free. the pool needs an upgrade, but ok to swim in.

We needed a hotel which was close to the airport and as such this hotel was great. We only stayed one night, but the bed were comfortable and the staff friendly. They let us have a late check (1 hour) out as well for free. In our lazy morning we got to enjoy the swimming pool and and ping pong table (they even have a pool table and small gym)

There's is not much to do in the area and the center is quite far away

The property was very nicely laid out we loved the room the bathroom comfortable Bed nice balcony over looking an amazing garden pool very close to the airport and tucked away for quiet stay from the very busy city outside Highly recommend this property the staff where very helpful, professional, respectful and accommodating.Onsite restaurant had very good food and very decently priced and where opened till 10 pm which was convenient for us

The hotel garden is very nice and is relaxing. Rooms are big and clean

Terrible experience with the staff at front desk, that were very very rude. They kept trying to make me pay in cash instead of the credit card. saying that the machine was broken. After arguing strongly suddenly the machine return to worked. Openly if this is the attitude of the hotel, they should not be working with Booking and Booking should not put they customers in difficulty having to argue hours to obtain what is it normal procedure for someone travelling with their company.

The Bali Hotel is pleasant. Nice pool, very clean, big comfy rooms.

We got there late in the evening but the hotel did not accept credit cards. I think there was a problem with the bank or with their credit card reader. So they demanded a deposit in cash - in case we ran off with the mini bar - and made me go get more cash to pay for the room in US dollars the next morning. That wasn't easy because Cambodian ATMs are rather moody. The Bali Hotel staff should have handled the situation differently. I left feeling angry.

The environment is clean and peaceful, and the service staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. The breakfast is simple but very delicious

I invited friends for dinner in the hotel, but we found that the available options on the menu were limited. This could be due to the restaurant's restricted business operations, resulting in insufficient preparation. Nevertheless, all of the dishes served were exceptionally delicious.
