Location,air conditioner,staff.

Not hot water. No soap.no breakfast

Clean in good location

Hot water not good, shower in bath was dangerous, safe did not work, no breakfasts available

The rooms are spacious and the location is well centered.

The hotel needs renovation. The bathrooms feel old, and the inner corridors also feel super outdated and dirty. The Wifi quality signal was poor.

I like nothing about this hotel. The only good thing is that it is within walking distance to the riverside.

The staffs were not professional. It looks more like a motel. The room is not clean. Full of coachroaches. The bed sheet is itchy. It does not worth 27USD a night. And I just saw disposed saniraty napkins in a plastic bag just out the door not far from my room. The carpet in the corridor is worn out, dirty and mouldy.

There is no responsiblity from the staff here, AC problem in every room, I have complained many times, but no one cares.

Clean , Mattress was fine, room size was good.

Safe was broken on arrial, had to change roomStreet is noisyWater temperature takes over 2min to change from cold to burning hot, and then stuck on burning hot for another 2min etc. very very annoying.

The common areas were a little worn/dirty. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The first night we could not sleep due to loud bar across the street. They moved us to a quiet room for the second night

noise from outside.The 'swimming pool' was a large tub in a gloomy room behind the lobby.

The room I had was on the corner so it was very spacious. The room was renovated and updated with a modern touch. The bed was comfy.

The a/c didn’t work the first night. It was hard to sleep. They were able to fix it the second night so it was more pleasant. We had reserved two single queen bed rooms but they put us into 2 separate 2 beds room. They were only able to put one of us in the right room. Late the second day they finally was able to get the other room for us.

Room was basic, water warmish at best and little pressure, sockets not all working properly

The bed and room. Spacious and comfortable. Location very near to my office. Channa, the front office waa friendly and trying to help me with the ironing issue as they dont have it in the hotel.

The room service. They never make up the room for all the 4 days i was staying. I did put up the sign to make up room, but never did. The hotel is more like a 2* hotel, not 4*.. they dont have ironing in the room. So if you come for business trip, bring ur own.

I like the departure !!

Let's clear something out this place is not a four-star hotel. It is lucky if it makes a two-star.. The bar was not open and the restaurant is not for a western person. The cable TV did not work and even if it did work the channels were no English speaking channels .The wifi barely worked, the manager was very annoying constantly following me asking me what going to do that day. Just do yourself a favor and just don't stay here !!
