This visit was over Christmas so very busy. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Handy location for eating, supermarkets etc locally. The breakfasts are good value with a nice range of options. Clean comfortable room.

The room was two back from the front so quite a bit of noise from outside coming from the nearby sports bar, Pass Apps, and other motorists, on a narrow but busy street.

we didn't opt for the included breakfast as there are plenty of local options to explore and try. phsar BKK is a 12 min walk away and there are plenty of street side carts all over. The hotel didn't smell, and was clean. The twin room we stayed in was very small, but if you don't spend a lot of time in your room and just use it for sleeping, its not a big deal at all.

Staff were nice and helpful. Very handy to a large sports bar if that’s important. The breakfasts are very good with ample choices. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom/ toilet. Nice pool but did not use it.

The decor in the room was a bit drab probably due to the age.

The Front Desk Staff were exceptionally helpful. The Breakfast Buffet was superb. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends ?????

Good location. Rooms were generally clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Saw a cockroach as we were getting into the lift. Place is tired. Shower heads need to be cleaned for mineral buildup. Some cobwebs in upper corners of our room; a lot more in the lobby/common areas. Towels were thin, yellow and stiff (seems to be typical of most hotels unless you go for the 5* ones).

Found a RAT into the apartment, didn't eve try to ask me if I wanted change the room or a refound. Nothing.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Location is great.

Breakfast is a little basic. More choice could be offered e.g. fruits or vegetables

Nothing at all. In fact, it is the worst hotel I ever stayed at.

I didn't like the disrespect I was given by not allowing me to have the room I booked and paid for at 2:00 PM which was the Junior Suite room. I was told that my room wasn't ready and would be ready at 5:00 PM. I was given a smaller room which was unacceptable until my room that I wanted to be in is ready at 5:00 PM. I am in the smaller room passed 5:00 PM and woke up at 5:30 and decided to go downstairs because NOBODY has called me. All and all, you couldn't pay me to stay at this establishment again. There are ants all over the places along with their buddy cockroaches. I had to eat food I brought to the room on my legs because I didn't want to put on the table under the tv where ants were lurking.

The staff was very helpful. They've upgraded the room free. The breakfast was good.

The facilities is a bit old and need some replacement/repair. A rat passed by from the bar to the poolside. This can be a serious issue.

The restaurant and food were very good, the pool was very nice, room was comfortable and the staff was extremely cordial and helpful in many ways I was feeling ill during a part of my stay and they went out of their way to check on my condition and recommend places to get treatments, even offering to take me to the hospital if necessary

Only one big disappointment - no television due to cable company putting in a new system, Not their fault, but still disappointing

We got upgraded room, thanks to one of reception Mr. Long friendly kind and helpful the room was so nice with bathtub the breakfast was really good. Would to recommend

It has a pool.

We booked a “superior” room, it had a concrete wall as a view from the window. It felt like a prison cell. Food wasn’t good.

The hotel is very nice, the room was just what we needed. Nice swimming pool and bar/restaurant, helpful and smiling staff. Location is good, walking distance from some of the landmarks.

The room was a good size and comfy. The pool was amazing! Decent location, tuktuks outside for transportation. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Always a smile.

The bed was a tad hard, could have been more comfortable.

The staff are really friendly and on hand to assist with anything. The pool is really nice, as is the area around it. The location is good, near to restaurants/bars and to go on trips via further away.

The A/C in the room was really poor and so meant the room was very hot which isn’t ideal in such a hot climate & there was a bit of a mosquito problem + a bit dead beetle in the corner of the room under the safe. These are only minor issues we’ve experienced all over during our travels and so weren’t worth bothering the staff with so no real complaints just things to note.

Room (junior suite) was really big and the staff was super kind. The bathroom was really nice too. Now I wish the room had a proper desk with electric sockets near as there's enough space. Also there's a empty space between the balcony door and the wall so I didn't feel really safe from bugs or cockroahes coming in at night but I didn't see anything in the end.

Stuff is very kind. And we were 7 min from.Independence monument, which made thins super easy for the walking tour we took. ?Breakfast is buffet with various choices?

Only stayed for one night. Staff were great, location was good with restaurants and bars on the doorstep.
