Privacy, my assistant and servicedog was welcomed any time. Rooftop pool is amazing, good food 5, and housekeeping girls is one of the most smiling ladys ive met in asia.

All was over my expectations.

Relaxing environment, amazing staff in all departments. Best Rooftop area and infinity pool in town.

Everything is amazing

Large suite with comfortable furniture and beds, nice bathrooms, good sound proofing, and nice views even from the 5th floor.

The breakfast options need to be increased for the 12 USD for paid breakfast. Food tasted good, but some more variety would be nice.

Spacious room, friendly staff, reasonable price. Special thanks to the night front desk man with glasses for excellent service!

Allowed to take pets.

There was no hot water to shower in, only cold water. Found someone’s hair on the floor. Neighbours were too loud. Hotel personal didn’t allowed delivery man to deliver my order right to the room. Had to pay deposit 100 $ and wait to get it back for a week.

Spacious. Clean. Good views.

Staff spoke no English. Staff look to trap guests by holding deposit. Too many moths around and inside the hotel. Shower odd positioning.

Fairly Clean (least I expect at this price..)

This property Will charge you $100 deposit upon check in and then come up with ANY excuse not to give you your money back when you check out. When we were leaving this property, they returned one of the hand/face towels showing us a spot of toothpaste on it. They, in front of us started adding acetone to the toothpaste and rubbing it with a toothbrush saying ‘cannot remove’. We explained that it’s toothpaste and it will wash out if they just washed the towel as normal. Not one of the staff could grasp this and demanded I paid $15 for a ‘destroyed’ face towel that had a spot of toothpaste on it.We demanded to take the towel away and clean it ourselves which I did in our new hotel under the hot tap with minimal effort. The toothpaste washed away immediatly. I returned back to the hotel and was given my money back.This was a clear tactic to use the $100 deposit to trap guests into paying for items not damaged. Terrible way to treat their guests after sending hundreds of dollars.STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Good

Breakfast was cold and tasteless. We were expecting 50 plus cable channels but instead had very poor reception and no cable.After following this problem up several times without success we were offered 20 percent off a meal excluding drinks. We thought that was very inadequate!

Overall, the place was near Aeon Mall, Great food all around the area. Room was good, able to dry the clothes but have to hand wash them.

Air-conditioning was not working too well, middle of the night, I would feel hot.

Very nice place to stay. Staff were great, and close to everything. Happy hour is good, and the pool amazing. The rooms are very clean and very large. Great value for money. Thankyou we really enjoyed out stay.

the only reason why I rated it a 9 was because during our stay there was work happening on the floor below the pool. this is probably why there was a discount however we was unaware when booking it. the pool was still fine to use but that area was very loud so we couldn’t relax. only a minor issue as we loved our stay and will book again and recommend to other people.

The apartment was complete. Loundge, kitchen, toilet and bed. Perfect.

The water of the shower started hot and finished cold.

The location

There are so many cockroaches running around in the room. When we check out, I told the front man and he said thank you for your feedback. And another hotel staff said that they should do pest control but now didn't do it. The room is big and clean but the cockroaches.

When I check out, Reception staff not accept to refund my deposit.They also said it will refund few days later to my ABA Bank account. It’s past 9 days after I check out,but still no refund. I call to hotel phone numbers but cannot connect.Send email but no response.

cleanliness.The toilet door is broken.Visit 3Time. Every another room. But all The bathroom door is broken.

after arrival at Hotels.They want Deposit $100 per room.No credit cards. Only Cash. But Them never talked about the deposit Before. You can get a discount if you protest.
