Rats

Arrived to see a rat run across the lobby towards the kitchen. Thought oh well it’s a city there’s probably lots of rats about. But we never saw one at any other hotel. And we saw one every time we passed through the lobby here. Don’t think they were in the rooms though. But it did put us off breakfast (served in the lobby). Compared to everywhere else we stayed in Cambodia this was a bit of a disappointment and I wouldn’t recommend it.

This was a pleasant hotel, set back off the main road, with a small court yard in the centre. It has 3 floors but no lift if stairs are a issue.The breakfast was lovely and more choice than I expected. I booked a tour via the hotel, which was very good but you have to pay cash for it. I would recommend this place and would come back again

Quiet, nice location, good breakfast and large rooms. Staff were nice and helpful.

The WiFi was not functioning the three nights I was there. They had a phone that had a WiFi tether but it was slow and only worked from the lobby. There are ants in the common areas and on the balcony, though luckily none in the room. The shower water temperature was difficult to maintain, it kept changing from cold to piping hot and was fairly low, you'll need to bend if you're over 5'11 or so. The towels (hand and body) had a mildew smell to them, leaving a smell on you after drying off. They need a bleach clean I think.Only include two small water bottles a day.

I've always stayed here when in PP. Great location, comfy, relaxed vibe, reasonable value.

Spread out nice in courtyard. Staff were great and tried to oblige.

Stairs were to much for me. Problem with sockets. Fridge on/off, light beside bed worked intermittently, couldn't have more then 1 thing working in something at same time. No plug for bath. No elevator, never had that in any hotel before!

Water temperature in the shower was hard to manage - or too cold or too hot. There a few options for Breakfast you can pre-order, however, selections are limited and average. Overall, it was fine.

Superb location, in a charming inner courtyard. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials.

Room insulation: noise from the hallway reaches our room, but it's really just to find a flaw.

This is an extremely stylish place designed quite tastefully. The room was large and comfortable. The location was good. Breakfast was good. People are very nice. It is near walkable places.

There are struggles with the water temperature; it’s very hot and then not so hot.

There was occasionally very annoying noise during the day from the restaurant nearby. It was quiet in the night!

The hotel's location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable environment to relax. The bathroom was also spacious and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the hotel had a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

We were three people with two beds, each bed having one blanket. We requested an additional blanket so that everyone could have one, but the request was declined, which was very surprising and disappointing.

The room was large, had a large safe we could fit laptop etc in, the greenery was wonderful love the way they have incorporated tree and plants into an inner courtyard. Safe, wifi good, bed a bit too hard for us, balcony great. Close to attractions, walking distance to places to eat. Breakfast was good loved the noodle dish. Would stay here again.

The wifi in the hotel is good but the actual area itself is not good. Hotel fine but as soon as you leave it cuts out until you are some distance away weird. I would get Grab up on app and order just before I stepped outside.

Great location near many restaurants, the museum.Set back from a busy street it's quiet and peaceful. Very safe & secure.Staff are friendly and helpful.Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Wifi is reliable.Good value for money.
