Mansion 51 Hotel & Apartment

Location was great

As I was staying for 10 nights I had booked months in advance and requested a quiet room on a high floor. I confirmed this was allocated in an email and reconfirmed via phone about a month beforehand. However, when I arrived they had put me on the second floor and said nothing else was available. Not a great start as it was even noted on my check-in form. The A/C in the gym was never switched on making it unbearable so I had to go elsewhere and pay to use another gym. Ironically, the sauna was also never switched on so it was always cold or you had to wait organise for it to be turned on and wait a long time for it to heat up. So, once again I went elsewhere to use facilities I had already paid for as part of choosing this hotel.

We loved the pool (used it twice a day), the apartment was spacious and practical for family of four. Also convenient with 7eleven kiosk across the street.

Great sized apartments and lovely pool area. Perfect for families.

The staff were polite but not very helpful.

Attentive, courteous and professional staff

Charged us extra for a very small stain on a hand towel, but not sure how it is assumed to be ours.

Very spacious room, and the kitchen and washing machine were useful.

Since there is a kitchen in the room, a microwave can be installed. Also, although there is a washing machine, there is no drying machine nor place to hang the wet clothes. This needs to be changed.

The apartments are huge with full kitchen, fridge and washing machine. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful.

Staff, Location, Spacious Room

some interior needs to be maintained, like: Curtain

Great location, nice pool.

There was a surcharge to use credit card. The sofa had stains and a cigarette burn. At checkout we had to wait while they counted everything in the room.

A gem. Clean, modern, enormous clean apartments, inexpensive but quick room service (which i didnt expect because we had an apartment) wondeful rooftop pool and they supplied towels, staff excellent and away from the main touristy area which i like, but still in a nice part of town. Highly recommended. Super for family with kids as there is space for them in the apartment.

Nil

Great apartment and it has everything you need.

There was construction next door so during the day it was a bit noisy staying on a lower floor.

Location, size of room. Ambiance.

Location was very central, only liked the location, room was so-so.

Reception couldn't understand english, couldn't communicate. 1 of the rooms had a window without a curtain so it was very bright when the sun came up, made for an unpleasant sleep.

Very spacious Apartments, great for families. It is fully equipped, including washing machine. The location is fabulous

Although the apartments are very clean in general, the toilet seats were dirty and couldn't be cleaned anymore. The seats simply should be changed

Good location but the hotel could have been better

The apartment was dirty. Upon our arrival we saw a cockroach running away in the kitchen, the curtains were with stains - really gross, fat stains on surfaces in the kitchen, dust underneath the bed and on the fridge. Difficult to communicate with the staff who did not understand our requests for an extra blanket and towels.

A very warm and welcoming staff on arrival, during our stay, our isolation-move situation and departure. We are very happy with the staff overall

A higher floor would be nice and away from the construction on the adjacent building. For the price we paid, we expected a view of the city from a higher floor as shown in the photos on bookings.com.

Location ok

Front desk Staff were not that helpful

Excellent location. The suite is so spacious, will come back next time.

Well located, room was huge

Very clean facilities with friendly staff.

Very good

Bedroom door windows not covered totally.
