Very clean, helpful staff

Wonderful staff and restaurant

The rooms could be updated.

The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I expect because of the location being a little further out of town.

The only issue we had was the location. It was on a very busy room which as quite difficult to cross. I didn't realise that when we booked. Ok if you was leaving the hotlel in a tuk tuk or taxi but not if walking.

Location. Clean. Staff.

Needs some upgrades (e.g. restroom) due facility aging, but still functional.

Property is in a great location. Very close for me to handle the business I needed to. Very well, maintain hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was outstanding.

I have no complaints. I liked everything about the property.

The hotel looked like it was built quite some time ago, and must have been outstanding when it was built, but many of the facilities now feel dated.Only one restaurant.No swimming pool.No pillow menu, etc.

The room wasn't very sound proof.

Nice hotel by the Malaysian chain Sunway Group. We chose this hotel as the trip was during the fasting month of Ramadhan - thus for us Muslims the halal food prepared and also early morning breakfast (sahoor) were available as well. Walking distance to a few tourist areas including Hard Rock Cafe and the riverside attractions.

Very friendly staff and they made sure all of request were fulfill. The property was dated but clean.

The air conditioner in my room was not working properly. The staff tried to fix it bit it just didnt get cold enough.

It had an outdoor terrace which was very nice.

The front desk staff asked for $10 extra, If a third person was to stay in the room, even though I had already paid $10 for an extra bed.

The hotel is very clean, well located and convenient. Hotel is showing its age a little, but is fine. Photos are accurate. Staff were friendly, helpful and prompt in dealing with any requests. Wifi was fast and reliable, the electrics all work fine and were properly located. Everything you need is either at the hotel or you can get anything else at the Lucky Supermarket, which is a five minute walk away in Exchange Square.

My room had a door inside which adjoined the room next door. Whilst the door was locked and there were no worries about someone accessing the room, I could easily hear my neighbour and if I spoke their language, I'd have no problem in eavesdropping on their conversation (and presumably vice versa if I wasn't on my own). The staff told me it costs US$30 to get a cab to the airport - it is 1/3 of that using Grab. I appreciate they may have arrangements with local drivers, but that kind of attempted overcharging is not a good look.

The housekeeping staff was honest (i forgot to lock my safe deposit box) and the front desk informed me and showed me pictures that my belongings are still in the safe deposit box. They also remember my meal preferences and have my coffee served daily during breakfast. When a light bulb blew up in my bathroom they immediately got it fix. Service was prompt whenever you need something.

Hotel look is a bit outdated. Bathroom could use a facelift.

Sometimes it's difficult to converse with the staff since they don't speak English fluently

breakfast had a wide range of foods and there was a good selection of juices and tea/coffee. If you are a big eater at breakfast then this is the hotel for you. prices are very reasonable for lunch/dinner

If you like cereals then there is a very limited choice. I eat porridge but the porridge available at breakfast was made from rice not oats. I would suggest bring your own and they will make it for you.

Central location and halal food at the property

The gym is too far in the basement. And since the spa next to it has closed down, it’s kinda scary to go there alone at night and it smells kinda mushy as well

The ladies in the front desk are very warm heart and patient with us. They helped us to contact several different car rental companies and also the bus service provider and finally found the best solution for us to travel to Siem Reap.

I just lived in the hotel for one night and did not find something not good.

unfortunately the renovations restricted people in certain areas.. but ok

Breakfast is great, staff in restaurant and the front desk to the doormen are very good
