Great staff. Great location, just a doorstep away from VET Bus..if traveling to SIemReap by bus,,,this is very convenient place to stay. Spacious and clean rooms. Oh..i have to mention that their hair conditioner is good. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Staff were very friendly. The family room was very large and had a lovely balcony overlooking the small pool. What I liked overall is that is is small and personable which is in contrast to some of the larger less personal hotels around the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks new and well maintained. The room was huge and everything was super clean, which made the stay very comfortable.

The only downside was the internet signal inside the room, which was not strong enough for video conference calls. For that, I had to go down to the reception area.

Tucked away on the side street so it is quite even though my room was on the first floor. The room was well appointed and spacious. The bed and pillows had the right firmness. The staff were very helpful and even walked me to the adjacent bus terminal and assisted me with my onward travel. The security guard was also helpful in ensuring I got on the correct tuk tuk. I have already booked another stay with them on my return leg back to Phnom Penh.

Arriving at a gloomy looking Phnom Penh during the rainy season, the Smile hotel appeared like a bright spot to us. It’s just next to the VET bus terminal, otherwise not a very interesting location but with many eating options around & only a short drive to the riverside entertainment. I wouldn’t rank it as a boutique type but it’s brand new and has a colorful design & sleek business appearance. The deluxe double room is very generous and a super bed. Love the floor carpeting.

There’s some noise from slamming doors at odd hours.

This was a lovely room with a comfy bed and plenty of room. The staff were super sweet and the pool looked nice, but we didn't swim. It is next to the Vet AirExpress bus terminal so it is very convenient for arriving or leaving town.

The view was not great on one side of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Looks brand new. Room was very spacious and A/C worked well. Nice pool. Great breakfast. $2USD tuk tuks from city centre. You don't get much of a view from as it is only 3 storey high and 2km from city centre and not all rooms have a balcony

The hotel was well situated within the city and very clean. The staff was excellent and let me stay in my room past normal checkout since I had a late afternoon flight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, quiet and cool. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast a la cart but also not bad. Overall very good value for money. I asked the room with good wifi and I got it (apparently not always the case).

Only thing I missed was a working place (desk and chair) so for workation not valid but for meeting pretty okey. Pool is small but still refreshing in the very hot days. Location is acceptable, not far away from everything.

It was clean, amazing staff, such a beautiful shower! I loved my stay.

There was an unfortunate smell a couple of hours, but it was not the hotels fault at all, and it only lasted a bit.

Wifi in my room was almost non-existent when I tried to use my laptop. Had to come down to the lobby and re-arrange the furniture to utilize it. Staff was very helpful.

The most friendly staff i've met during my trip in Cambodia! Spacious room, great matrass, very clean, nice decoration, great breakfast, enough pressure at the shower to wash my hair. The location of the hotel was fine for me. Next to the busstop and enough to see on walking distance. Otherwise I used a tuktuk on my way back, especially on the very warm days.Thank you all for my great stay, please keep up with this great hospitality!

Next to Virak Bunthum bus station for early morning bus. Beautiful clean new hotel with small swimming pool. Food was good and staff friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the dining area. It would have been helpful if they supplied mosquito spray as we didn't know until we were eating.

Excellent service. The staff are very keen to make my stay comfortable. The front desk had staff with good English which was very helpful to me. The complimentary breakfast was also quite good with a number of options to choose from including both western and traditional dishes. I had a late flight to catch on my last day and the staff allowed me to keep my bags at reception for the whole day and even offered me to have a shower that night prior to leaving for my flight. Very kind!

The shower seemed to have an issue of running out of hot water after only 5 minutes. The shower drain also seemed to not be draining very well and pooled in the shower area. I notified staff and they said they would look into it. This is the only reason I cannot give it a 10.

Very nice hotel, next to the bus station for Vet bus lines. It doesn't bother though. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice.

Prices of the on site refreshments are pretty high, but thee is a shop around the corner
