River view and close to the main attraction of my interest

WiFi is horrible,issues with the electricity and hot water, little focus on details like no toilet paper most of the time,the staff don’t replace the sheets every day, they just leave the same mattress sheets at least once the I checked and wasn’t changed…

Location in the city is good. The view over the river is good.

People smoking on their balconies, infiltrate your airspace, but it’s not all the time the hotel is also an apartment complex so the floor is share hotel rooms and people living there so it’s a little louder and noisy sometimes and smell smells because of cooking

Quite cozy room with a balcony on a high floor with a great view of the river.

The hotel is in a big multi-floor condominium with a reception and restaurant in another entrance. You can choose only one option for breakfast from the menu.

Everything was great besides cleaning ladies who are screaming from 9 am every day and you can not sleep, and even if you are saying no, they will still knock and enter your room… But the rest was awesome! Location, place, bed! Balcony!

I just stay in this hotel in the case of other hotel rooms are not available only.

Very poor WiFi connection and Water utility.. Room is quite smaller than other Peers.

This is a great place to stay right on the river in Phnom Penh. Check in is very smooth and the reception is located in a very nice grocery store. Both reception and the store are 24/7. The room is standard size and has all the amenities that you need (air con, refrigerator, desk, coffee maker, etc.). Great balcony with view of the river. Location is also great. Just a 4 minute walk to walking street adn the Phnom Penh Night Market. Hundreds off bars and restaurants all around.

Location and room were great. Loved walking around from the hotel.

Breakfast was good, not great.

only building/hotel directly at the river, no busy road in between ! Easy walking distance to town or pick up Tuk Tuk !

All good for me.

I had a river view room. Amazing views over the Mekong. The room was cleaned daily and all facilities were good. Close to the centre but far enough away to avoid the chaos. Reception is managed inside a little general store which is convenient for buying supplies and food at any hour.

Very small and old . Furniture is old and dirty. Bed is horrible old with sound .

Generally I would say the location is good but apparently the roads in front of the property are closed on the weekends and I did arrive on a weekend so getting to the property was a bit of a hassle, as we had to convince the men manning the barricades to let the tuk tuk carrying me and my belongings into the area.

As mentioned above, the only real concern with the property was the roads around it were inaccessible when I arrived.

It’s close to all the attractions that can be either walking distance (15-20mins) or with thuk thuk less than 5 mins. The restaurant attached is great, we loved the food. The mart attached was helpful for last minute grabs such as water bottles for the road. The staff overall were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was honestly the best thing after a long day of activities.

Personally it’s very narrow, we found it hard to bring our suitcase in and open it in our room as it was very limited space. The building also has a strong smoking smell that lingers.

Great location, friendly staff, room up to standard and - extremely good value !

Lifts are very slow

The location and the view to Mekong River are fantastic. The bed was comfy. Hotel got a convenient store below and a restaurant. Very convenient

Internet was bad and mobile signal was weak sometimes. Hotel does not allow to take shower after check out (as flight was at night).

The hotel is new. A little walk and you read the night market and Wat Phnom. Great location.

Small bugs coming from the river and somehow it find a way into the room. Just an annoyance.

Everything is great! Friendly staff, good location, clean, nice view, and value for money.
