Room was clean , entrance smelled amazing as well as the corridors. 7th floor garden is very relaxing.

The small pool side always collected the floating insects as the pool water flowed fromThe big pool to the small pool. I use the pool very early before the cleaning is done :)

This establishment did not disappoint. Location, staffs, very comfortable bed, room services, gym, pool, and views. 5 stars.

Alleyway to get there are a bit tight

I like the 20th floor that has a gym, pool with seaview and a large room where you can work or watch tv (that is almost empty all the time). The staff is helpful and responsive. Cleaning is two times a week. I really like that it's possible to open the curtains and get a lot of light inside the room. The kitchen part is working fine (there are enough plates / forks / etc for two people). We bring our own pan, pot and knife so I can't really comment on what was there though :). There is a nice groceries shop near, Super Duper, 10 minutes by walk and 2 minutes by tuk tuk, I recommend taking a look !

The cleaning staff sometimes forgot to clean our room despite having a fixed schedule, but the staff is reactive and dealt with this problem. My girlfriend complains that the room is a bit small but in my opinion, it's fine.

Amazing view, spacious rooms for very nice price! And the building&room is very quiet. Had nice sleep here. Also staff are super helpful!

Room was exceptional up to our standards to what we are use to in the States. It was clean, spacious and a lovely view. Sauna and pool was clean and well maintained. Location was close to the night life and walking distance to it. I liked how the security hotel key only takes you to your floor no one can up unless taken by that person. There's always someone at the front to help and direct us where to go: mall, pharmacy or a clinic.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

We got moved to a new room because plumbing issues, new room wasn't set up properly and had to request basic necessities.

First class experience as soon as I arrived. Friendly, efficient staff. Apartment cleaned daily. The location is particularly good, in an interesting neighbourhood, with lots to do and only a short Tuk Tuk ride from the majority of the other attractions. Will definitely return on my next visit.

Very comfortable bed, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool & gym, great area with lots of restaurants within walking distance, Aeon mall also close by.

The pool was closed for 2 days for maintenance during our stay so that was just bad timing for us. The trash can lid in the kitchen was a bit dirty. For some reason the air conditioner kept turning off in the middle of the night even though the timer was not on. There was a slight mixup with checking out as we extended for one night when we arrived and paid but on the original date of check out, they seemed to have forgotten we asked to extend and paid. It was cleared up quickly and easily though. Overall these were minor things and the stay was still very nice.

Exceptional value for money. Modern, clean apartment with a great gym and sauna room. Friendly reception. Pool is next level - infinity with incredible views over the city. Very close to a great modern shopping mall with international supermarket and great Asian foodcourt, international food chains, 4D cinema.You won’t regret booking this one.

Everything was great at this apartment

We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. Very spacious with great amenities. Swimming poll is nice and clean, well equipped gym and sauna. Parking in the building is an adicional bonus.

Great location, beautiful rooms, good value for the money.

The fact they do not have a cafeteria or even vending machines, so if you want anything to drink or eat you have to go out of the hotel.

Location is central.High floors have nice views.Kitchen equipment is fine.

Great service apartment with everything you need,bed was super comfortable and felt like staying in a hotel. Location was good and easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants around the area. Pool and gym facilities were great and we enjoyed our stay at BIJOU.
