Great location great staff

it’s very clean, good air conditioning, good WiFi and friendly staffs. if we come back we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was in an interesting part of town. I think we were in Little China, it was kind of interesting. The front desk staff was very helpful. They have a free shuttle to the airport which was great! The rooms were clean and a nice big shower.

The breakfast was not very good, most of the dishes were cold and when I said something the lady touched it with a spoon and said, "not cold". The restaurant staff was not very nice. Some of the poolside bar staff made me feel like I was bothering them asking them for things. It would be a great place to stay if you were visiting the Genocide Museum.

the room was just the right size, comfy bed, good view, very clean with all new fittings. Enjoyed my stay here.

Fantastic little place to stay. Room very clean and very comfortable bed. Great location !! Walked back from the bars. Friendly staff, called when got into room to see if we were happy which was lovely.

Breakfast selection a little limited but still good !

Location was excellent.. 15 Min walk to walking street and other attractions. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was huge

Staff were super helpful, made suggestions for me to go as a lone female, which was great!

Overall standard of hotel and reception staff were superb. Clean. Good breakfast.

The two girls who run the pool and pool bar area.Constantly on their phones/social media playing personal music etc super loud. Would then put the pool music on louder to cover this. Not relaxing at all. When asked if they could turn it down. They did so but no customer service. Not interested in serving drinks etc....Location wasn't right for me bit too far out and difficult to walk anywhere.

The staff, cleanliness, location, spacious room with very good amenities. 2nd time stay, will always use if available.

Could hear toilets flushing and showers.This is no problem for me.

Very new and cleanBathroom shower is the best , especially for a 6ft tall person it's a breath of fresh air to be able to stand up and shower??

Staff were superb, lovely pool, 15 min walk into the centre. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Large room, clean and nice staff. Breakfast buffet with changing options every day is good. Nice roof top pool with bar. Bed was comfortable S21 is 3 minutes walking distance. With Tuk Tuk 6-10 minutes to the palace.

It is a new building, but the hallways do look cold and not charming. . Air conditioning in the room was blowing directly onto the pillow, even on low it was too strong, leading to a cold after the first night. Switching off was not a good idea, as the room heated up too much.

The hotel location is near to eateries and pubs. The room is spacious and is super clean. Shower is very good. Breakfast is healthy and sufficient

Better to have warm lighting rather than white lighting to give a calming ambience. Aircon location directly blowing to the bed.

No safe box in the room and this Is not so great.Really tò change soon.This Is the only thing tò change.

Ok value for money, good location and complimentary gym access.

Breakfast items not refilled and staff not particularly interested in doing so. Late check out avaliable on a 50% room charge. No free airport pick up despite coming up on the filtered search as one (later on explained to me that only avaliable on longer stays, but still feels a service has been miss sold) but this might be booking.com and their algorithms.
