Bad smell coming from the bathroom. Asked a copy of invoice when back home, but they did not provide it to me.

The room was great, big and clean. The staff was so nice and friendly

The only thing is there were no plugs near the bed

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good location.

I was woken up multiple times early every morning by slamming doors. For that reason alone, I would recommend avoiding.

Good location. Restaurants and Bars near by. Lucky Supermarket very near to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staffs

- Should pay more attention about the cleaning. Quite dusty when I first step into the room. - Bath towel pretty old and stains. Luckily I brought my own towel for my stays. - Water Pressure very weak for shower. - Air Con a bit weak. Feel warm during daytime.

The rooms are huge! as in the bathroom. Great location in Phnom Penh that feels close to the main areas. The area around the hotel also has good food options. Although not the cheapest option it definitely was comfortable.

While not terrible - the A/C definitely struggles to cool the size of the room. Bear that in mind if that easily bothers you.

Exceptional friendly staff, excellent WiFi, very clean, good location and moderate price. I stayed seven days instead of three. Highly recommended.

I didn't like the checkin. I was much later than expected but still at a reasonable hour.There are not enough accessible powerpoints in the room. To switch out the lights you have to go to the door and then find all your way to the bed in the dark. There is not even a bedside lamp.There is no proper desk close to power where the guest can comfortably sit and write, using a computer.

Good location, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable.

Most of the staff was nice. Great location. Room deco and furniture very minimal but for a couple of nights it’s ok.

When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room and, on top of it, the sheets were dirty. This issue was immediately resolved by the manager at the reception.They never cleaned our room during our stay.

Good location in BKK. Large room bathroom and abtechamver good storage.

Two way switch by bed

The location was very good,not far from the sites. The room was spacious,comfortable,nice and clean.The lady at the reception was super nice and helpful. We loved our stay in the hotel.

Relatively expensive. For a few dollars more you can get a hotel with breakfast, pool, gym in the same neighborhood. Small things: big TV, but no channels. Shower was a bit broken. Airco was too little to really keep it cold

We were upgraded to a family room with 2 large beds (#502) and each bed has 4 pillows! Huge room with a balcony. The room is clean and very comfortable. I could sleep all day in these beds. There is a comfy couch. WiFi is fast.

Clean, modern, spacious, calm, great neighborhood. Plugs work for American, UK and EU — very practical.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Lots of 24 hour convenience stores nearby. The room was very comfortable - AC was excellent, there’s also a fan. Huge balcony. Very quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Superb value.

The shower head needs to be replaced. I would’ve preferred a light next to the bed so I didn’t have to get up and turn on the main room light to see anything at night.

Everything was perfect !!! The room was Big and Clean, with A/C and a fridge. The personnel was really nice and helpful and spoke english really well. The hotel is located in the city center, you have supermarkets, restaurants, bars (rooftop bars also), cafés around. I highly recommend !!!

The best location. Its in the center. Very close to the independent monument. It's easy to find restaurants and marts.

Relatively new hotel, clean and spacious room, huge wardrobe to hang clothes, well working AC.

The shower was leaking and the towels were of low quality (linty and thin)

I love the customer service and the kindness of the personal! Everyone was always trying to help. The hotel was good, clean and well distributed. The AC works properly and the amenities in the hotel were great. I also took the massage service (which has a discount for hotel guests) and I enjoyed a lot, were 2 hours of completely relaxation! I’d highly recommend this place

I think the location is a bit far from the main things in the city, but nothing that a quick trip in tuk tuk couldn’t fix.

This hotel looks new. It was clean, the room was big with all amenities, aircon, fan, wifi, fridge, hot water everything worked to perfection. Room also had a big balcony. The location was great near restaurants, bars and you can easily get around anywhere in the city from this location. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful with whatever was needed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again
