Location was excellent. Right in the middle of the bars and restaurants. Staff was great. Food was excellent. Singers at the restaurant was very good. View was fantastic because I could see the activities from my 2nd floor room. Room was good size. Excellent value.
Floor had female hair. Safe was not big enough for my laptop and not bolted down. No chair or desk in the room. Only night stand and a small amenities table for coffe, tea, and kettle. Could smell cigarette smoke on occasion. But, I would book there again.
The staff response and hotel loading and neatness every day clean room it's all worth for money I loved to stay this hotel thanks you ❤️ ostro hotel staff
Good clean room, very efficient and friendly staff, good location for atmosphere and male nightlife. No pool or gardens .
Steps for disabled access
Location great food is excellent beer gets expensive after 9
Beer prices after 9pm
Good vibrant area, the hotel has a busy bar & restaurant. Great value and not too noisy for such a central hotel.
All fine
Great location very clean and modern rooms
Some staff not much English
Only the Location is very nice.
This Hotel very bad service.. they will take different price from your booking... staff very bad and not care well about their guest. Even if you have complimentary breakfast even it's wrote on their menu you can take juice, coffee or tea any one is include.. But it's not and they will charge you more money.. For your breakfast.. It's very bad with guest and not good.. So please be careful.. If you visit in this Hotel. Even the check-in time they took too much time and waste our time.
great location and staff
breakfast was booked free now they charge you for a drink when is was free a week earlier charging $3.50 for an orange juice
staff were awesome
booked for three but they would only supply two breakfast
Hotel close to the night life seen.
Appears a nice room. When getting into bed I noticed a condom wrapper under the covers, which is a very unpleasant thing to find. Also there was lots of insects in the room too. Glad I only had one night in the hotel. Also tried to over charge me twice for drinks. Added on things to the bill that I did not order.Double check your bed and bill before you pay for anything.
Good breakfast with very good coffee. Staff is very helpful and the location is superb.
location and friendly, polite and pleasant staff
For this price a room with no fridge? I selected the “Best room” There are better options close by
the hotel is in a good location ( right in the centre where all the bars and restaurants are located there is a restaurant downstairs in the hotelplenty of tuk tuk drivers around the hotel if you need to get around the citythe Mekong river is a 2 minute walk away hotel is clean
because of the hotel’s location, it does get very noisythe first room I was given the doors leading to the balcony had no lock on , so had to be movedthe next day had a knock on my door saying it was time to check out !!, even though I was staying for 6 nights ( showed them my confirmation on my phone )
Good location, near to all the bars and busy areas, shops all around to get whatever you need. Staff were nice, friendly and we're always on hand. The room was actually huge, clean and has everything you need.. I only stayed 1 night but I will be staying there again during my future trips to Cambodia

cheap and great location
booking said with breakfast but the staff dont know, hot water not hot
Very central, truly a great spot. Very helpful staff.
All good for the price.
