Lovely oasis hotel in Phnom Phen! Pool and spa are also fantastic

The pool area, fabulous! The staff, excellent! Food, great!We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Chourn Nita, our favorite waitress/hostess at the pool area (bar, food, cabanas, cafe etc) was wonderful. Always glad to see her! When you are traveling, and you feel some (albeit) brief connection to a staff member that makes you feel especially welcome, it makes you want to keep coming back!

Nothing, everything was superb.

We enjoyed our stay at the Plantation Urban.The room had a small balcony to enjoy and was very clean and well maintained. The check in was friendly and smooth even though our arrival was at midnight due to delay plane. We were impressed of the quality of breakfast which had different dishes throughout the week. Everything we tried was very good and the staff was so attentive. It also had a good air-conditioned gym and the pool area was lovely to retreat to in the midday heat. We found all the staff at this hotel to be professional and friendly and had a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately some guest would place their towel/items on the lounge chair so others could not use the chair. No fault of the hotel just guest not considering others.

Very good experience

The first room that we were shown had a bad smell and a view of a wall. There was only one other room available but they accommodated us.

The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was lovely by the poolside and the pool was a relaxing environment. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Common areas are very nice and pool is a cool oasis to recharge and escape city.

Rooms are modern and super clean but also relatively small for Cambodians standards (most don’t offer solution for family; no connecting room etc.). Staff is nice but not extra smiling or helpful like in other parts of the country; way more transactional.

Staff were amazing. Location was good.Aesthetics was beautiful, but bathroom needs to be updated a bit.

Didn’t realize there would be so much mosquitoes.

The pool area is so tranquil and lovely. It's like an oasis. We loved the location and the fact that it provided a quiet and tranquil get-a-way from the busy streets.

The bathroom and shower were a bit to open to the room. As a family we really lacked privacy when changing and getting ready in the morning

It’s a renovated ex French colonial house located in the middle of the city. The pool area was good and room was clean. Very friendly Staff food is delicious.

Breakfast was excellent, it had a variety of choices. Very clean hotel and staff were very accommodating. Overall, excellent experience!

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with staff who attend to the property constantly to make sure it is clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive but not intrusive and everyone greeted you with a smile. Food and drink excellent, room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great service at the spa from Sokea.

Nothing not to like!

The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. Everyone greeted me at all times, was friendly and went above and beyond to give the best stay ever. I received fresh fruits to my room. The breakfast was delicious and healthy with a wide selection of Asian, and western food. The room was extremely clean, and the cleaning was done daily with attention to detail. I liked that they do maintenance care of the facility as well, like bug spray, pool cleaning...

They came into my room to spray for mosquitos so I lost of few hours of access and I was only there for a night

Beautiful hotel right next to the Royal Palace, with attentive service, excellent breakfast, quality rooms and I was even given a free upgrade.

Everything ‼️ the lobby and pool area are beautiful, our room was large and comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot. And finally the staff all over the hotel are smiling and helpful! Perfect ??

Tiny little quibble! There are no drawers or shelves in the room! Lots of open space and surfaces so we managed but a few drawers would have been better!

Exceptional. I really enjoyed the pool and the central location. The hotel staff including the guard were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Would stay here again.
