Location and staff were great.

My room had a smell. I even bought drain cleaner and an air freshener. Didn’t really help.

Staff were very nice and it was a decent location.

The noise. The traffic is constant outside and can be heard always. Plus, there is banging or construction taking place somewhere and it starts from 7am and there will wake you up early. This was also on the weekend.

The front door of the place was secure and the staff were generally nice

Cockroaches all over my room 204. AC wasn’t working properly and brought it up with the staff and they gaslighted me saying it was working properly

The staff were friendly.

The room had a toilet smell and i could feel the springs of the mattress. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The room looked nice and was well-appointed. It's very close to everything and the shared balcony had a good view into the street. There was no kettle for coffee but hot water was available from a machine near the stairs. You need to scan your key to enter the building.

The ceiling of the bathroom was water damaged. They told me when I checked in. There was heavy rain and it must have just happened or got worse. No other rooms were available so since I was there just one night I told them I would stay. Occasionally water dripped from the ceiling onto the toilet. There was a moldy smell in the whole room. At night it was noisy outside and it was hard to sleep. The door did not seem.very secure. Even when locked it could be opened a bit from the outside creating a space. The key card had to be put into a slot right by the door for the AC and lights to work. It would be possible to reach it through the gap from the outside. Also I found a wet, used towel in the bathroom. The staff did not seem to speak English well. In addition I asked about taking the train to Kampot..the person at the desk said there was no train to Kampot the next day but there was.

Staff were very kind with complementary water, energy drinks, tea, and coffee! Very good WiFi too.

Location was good. Room was goodStaff were great. Coffee, cold water available Breakfast options available very close to Hotel.

I was on the 3rd floor so alot of stairs no lift. No problem for me. But you might need to ask for a lower floor if it's a problem

I initially booked for 2 nights, but our room was located on the top floor, and there was no elevator — which was a big problem since we had a lot of heavy luggage. The stairs were extremely steep and felt unsafe. Because of this, I decided to leave the next day, without receiving any refund or compensation. The reception staff didn’t even check our situation properly or offer us an alternative room that didn’t require using the stairs. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Had a lovely stay here! Room was clean, spacious and hotel was perfectly located. The staff was so kind.

Not good, noisy and a very bad smell.

The property was very noisy. The bathroom was very dirty. Black mould behind the door. Dirty pipes in bathroom. There was a very bad smell in the room. It smelled musty and damp. The cushions and throw on the bed was stained. We dropped laundry to reception at 8am and asked for it to be returned by 9am the next morning as we had a bus to catch. The following morning at 8am we enquired about our laundry and the receptionist said that it would be ready at 9:30am but this was too late for us as we had a bus to catch. Our laundry was returned to us about 20 minutes later and was not done and smelled really bad after being tied up in a plastic bag.

The rooms were spacious.

The location is quite hard to find, I think we were lost for at least 10 minutes.
