Times Hotel at Bassac Lane

The neighborhood is in a party area, but the room is quite.

Only 4 dumbells in the gym. Swiming pool is not clean.

almost i come to Phnom Penh city i like stay in time's hotel its so clean and good location

My room was quite, even though the hotel is in the middle of party neighborhood.

Location, clean environment, and silence which is good to rest.

The staffs are not professional enough to handle simple requests from customer. My case, I did ask for a receipt but the staff act wild and reluctant.

Don’t recommend this place.

The untrained, uneducated blonde receptionist has no tact or understanding of how to interact with clients, and she has no understanding of service or working in the service industry. She called me and my friend prostitutes (probably because of our Christmas outfits) and was aggressive.

Everything is good. I have a good stay in here because I have extend my stay in there for 1 week more. I like to swimming in the swimming pool. I will stay here again when I come to Phnom Penh

I like to stay in this hotel everything is good. Not disappointed at all because all the staf is Verry helpful and the room also is good. They did a great job for every guest. The location is good. Price also is very good for this hotel. I enjoyed the swimming pool, and their little gym. Everything perfect over all perfect stay I have in this Hotel. 100% recommended

The room was not advertised according to the booking.com website. The room had no natural light coming in which is contruary to my booking which clearly states that there is a city view. I raised the issue with reception and showed my printout and the response was it was the fault of booking.com. Howerer on the reception counter there was a laminated summary of the different room with pictures and all showed a window. I spend 3 days living like a mushroom with no window. The bar fridge didnt work and no-one came to fix it as promised and the bathroom kept flooding even after reducing the water flow. The room safe didnt work and I had to take their special key in order to keep my valuables safe. The reception area looks like a storeroom with shelving everywhere, so unprofessional. Not all the staff can speak English. I would like my money back.

Facities inside the room were broken and not fixed. The smell of the cigarettes, no hair dryer as mentioned etc...

I only stayed one night but thought it was ideal. Nice comfortable room and incredible location just a few seconds walk to the fun spots in Bassac Lane.

The room was good...bright and clean.

The entrance is an Egyptian restaurant that is closed daytime so no lights when you enter. Also it's Muslim so no beer.Breakfast terrible, upstairs in a billiard room.

It was located right next to the pubs so for the whole night it was very noisy. The rooms were semi cleaned, as there was all kinds of boy hair,stains in the toilets (that came right off when I brushed it, so it’s them being lazy) Let alone the stuff there was rude and try to scam me with the snack bar food, charging me 10 USD for 1 beer/2 chips/1 Pepsi/2 chocolate pie, while didn’t write any signs that it wasn’t complimentary. It’s not a hotel, and it’s definitely not worth the value of money.

Location was ideal. Staff were lovely and helpful. I liked the fact that there was a rooftop one floor above my room. I liked the view from my window ( I chose a small room for economy but the small window was great). Though very small it was good to have a pool on the rooftop.

The location for Bassac Street for bars & food was the only thing going for this property

Our first room - superior - was disgusting. The shower didn't have a door on it, the shower itself didn't attach to the wall so you couldn't stand under it. The floor looked & felt it had never been cleaned- our feet were black. We had bugs on the unit & in the bed. After complaining we were moved to a family room. This was better but again, the shower didn't attach to the wall.We had 1 night here, left the hotel for an overnight trip & returned for 1 final night. This double room was the best one we had. It looked & smelled clean, the shower was good & worked. However, no hairdryer in the room when there had been in the others, and only 1 cup!!!

Location was ok with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds.

We were only given one cup for 2 of us, when queried at reception was told they only give one coffee cup and refused to give another. Reception staff attitude was not good. Seedy posters in lift advertising massages. Call girls in and out all the time. It was cheap in more than 1 way! Could get transport to airport at reception but was 4 times more expensive than getting a driver from outside the hotel. Did not have breakfast at hotel as didn't look too good on passing and was a lot cheaper from local food stands and cafes.
