Sensory Park Urban Hotel

It had everything, a pool, beautiful view great restaurant and close to everything with a short walk or tuktuk ride! The food menu had a lot of options and our dinner was the best meal we had during our vacation! Very reasonable prices too!

Not so close to the center but Tuktuk is cheap. Staff are helpful and breakfast is good.

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of selections. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The ground floor reception was just average but was compensated by the 1st floor checking in service which was more than adequate.

Lovely flat with large kitchen living room, a very large bedroom and a lovely bathroom. About a 15 minute walk to the Royal Palace.

Shower temperature needs to be adjusted. The placement of the air conditioning unit should probably be relocated and not put near where the bed is

Hotel is good except room size too small as per the cost taken.

I have done booking thru Booking.com and booking.com and the property but charged me twice . Thou after several complaints no response. Booking.com and property both are blaming each other , but seems its scams more on booking.com by charging 2 times to the customer.

Very beautiful rooms and pool. Staff is very nice and friendly.

There is very big cockraches in the rooms and hotel. That is something they should definitely fix and take care of. Very big minus points for that. That is totally unacceptable.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed super comfy and great pillows the pool looked lovely but there was construction next door that looked directly in the pool area not at the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was average not the great selection I’ve seen but still lovely food.

They only give one room key this was a little hard with 2 of us.

Location and value

My colleague asked 3 times not to be disturbed nor to have her room cleaned to respect her privacy. Yet it became troubling and intimidating to find every day this was ignored, including by some “technical” guyThis raised concerns about personal safety. There was no on site Manager to register the complaint.

1. Beware if you plan to book a suite and are sensitive to inter-floor noise. The suites are on the 15th floor. On the 16th floor is the restaurant. The noise from the moving of chairs in the 16th floor restaurant (eg when a patron takes or leaves his seat) could be heard through the ceiling of the 15th floor. This inter-floor noise was especially bad during the breakfast hours from 6.30 am to 10.30 am but was also audible during the rest of the restaurant's operational hours. 2. Housekeeping could've been better. Dust found on table surfaces and inside the wardrobe. 3. Wear and tear. One electrical outlet was almost ripped out from the wall (see photo). 4. Shower room cubicle is not fully enclosed so after a shower, the rest of the bathroom gets wet. If you're unlucky, the water gets onto the electrical outlet in the bathroom meant for shaver/hairdryer, creating a dangerous situation. 5 Upon-check-in, I found 3 hangars in the wardrobe but 2 of these were occupied by bathrobes, leaving only 1 hangar for use. Thanks to Mr Sovann, this was sorted out promptly. 6. No USB port available inside the room - bring your own adaptor.

The room is a bit small;small beds;no place for luggage; only one chair, bathroom gets flooded when taking a shower; a/c fan noisy.

when arrived they gave me a room with leftover of sodas, got changed into another room without the city view I paid for so they ended up changing me to a 3 room ?. the a/c is not cool enough and the bathroom sink was clogged. there is really not a nice city view from room so it’s not worth paying or upgrading although it is nice from the eating area on the 16th floor

Great location, helpful staff, decent room size, good wife, comfortable beds, decent gym, best coffee I ever had in a hotel, good breakfast selection.

Forcing staff to wear masks and breathe Co2 constantly. Why? This has been abandoned almost everywhere, and it was painful to see them forced to do this. Also the wifi is far too strong at 5ghz, with 4 access points on every floor blasting EMFs 24/7. I am sensitive to EMFs and this gave me a headache and interfered with my sleep. I am a tech professional and am confident in saying 2.4 ghz is enough. I would even pay a premium to be on a floor with wifi turned off!
