pillows comfy, staff in cafe were lovely even though breakfast took a long time due to getting food from kitchen upstairs, clean room well and good timing

location far from town, staff very quiet on reception, wifi not good, advertised with roof top bar however this is only available for chinese functions, not to people staying athotel, very cold pool

Worst hotel

It's the worst hotel ever. I requested the booking site and used the Indra Hotel 15 times. On January 4, the Indra hotel cleaner stole $1,000 from my room. On January 14, he also stole 200,000 won (140 dollars) of Korean money. I reported this to the hotel, and I also received CCTV recordings.

Very poor

So far, I have used the Phnom Penh Indra Hotel in Cambodia about 10 times through the Booking.com reservation system.I stayed from January 3rd to 6th and from January 9th to January 17th.But I found out that $1,000 of the money in my carrier was missing around 9 p.m. on January 4th.I tried to report it to the hotel right away, but I waited one more time to catch the criminal.Then, around 8 p.m. on January 14th, I found that 20 Korean 10,000 won bills in my backpack were missing.I left my room after taking pictures of my golf bag and backpack at around 9:20 a.m. on Jan. 15 to secure evidence, and when I returned to the hotel at around 7:45 p.m., I came into my room with the Indra Hotel staff and checked my golf bag and backpack.As a result of checking, I confirmed that someone opened the golf bag and backpack.I am keeping the 9:20 a.m. photo and 7:45 p.m. photo.Why did you open my golf bag and backpack?The person who opened my golf bag and backpack on January 15th is the culprit.I checked the CCTV and politely asked the Indra hotel to send me a video of the person who entered my room on January 15th as soon as possible.I'm warning you.Advertising and promoting these hotels on Booking.com is fraudulent to customers.January 19, 2025LEE JAE RYONG in Korea

Great breakfast. Choice of Cambodian, American or English!

A very attractive, clean, comfortable small hotel in excellent condition. Everything worked well, and the fitness center is exceptional for a smaller hotel. Great cafe on the ground floor. In a fairly quiet and safe area of the city.

The breakfast is very generous and fairly tasty, although the combinations are a bit strange. I would honestly rather be able to order from the cafe menu on the ground floor, even though the restaurant is very pleasant.

it's relatively new and the rooms are well.appointed - I had a junior suite which was HUGE, great bathroom and balcony and a welcome fruit plate. PO was excellent and all mine - lap swimming possible

I think I was the only person staying there - not that you can do.much about that. But on a road that got super busy at peak hour (with motorbikes riding on the small pavement) - and the upstairs restaurant was shut for dinner so I had little choice than to order from the cafe. And the food was fine but I was the only one there and would have been nice to be somewhere with a bit more atmosphere. And while they were all.very pleasant the staff also seemed very nervous - no sign of a manager

We had a pleasant stay at Indra Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions and shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

I disliked the smell of the towels.

Incredibly beautiful hotel rooms are exquisite. Every single detail has been well thought out and works. Well. Restaurant is amazing both room service and eating at the restaurant two different restaurant options café and fine dining rooftop bar with great view of sunset. Terraces in rooms are massive and protected by beautiful foliage, staff is attentive, responsive, and friendly and welcoming. Pool is large and has a nice set up for relaxing. Can’t recommend it enough!

Indra is a beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed hotel. It's in the city but it has a little bit of a "hidden" feeling because of all the greenery out front. They have a nice restaurant, gym, pool, and steam room area. Although we didn't try the stream room, everything else was functioning and well equipped. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast (which was included ) was tasty with sufficient portions. They are able to accommodate and substitute some items for certain dietary needs. The beds were really comfortable and the curtains effectively blocked out light for day time naps. We liked it so much we extended an extra day!

My only complaint would be the location. It's on a road that has two schools, so the rush hour noises were present during the daytime, but nighttime was quiet. So if you want to enjoy the balcony area, best to do so in the early morning or evening hours.

The Hotel was clean and close to my work location.

The Hotel was far away from any shops/convenience stores that will be open after 7 pm. So no way to get some basic essentials if you arrive late in the evening. Only one staff on duty at nights who isn't of much help.

Wonderful little boutique hotel. We loved our stay. It had a peaceful vibe , full of plants and a small fountain in the lobby. The pool was clean, and the gym was well-equipped. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious and made to order. The staff was also helpful and friendly. They did a great job with our laundry too.

The service was unfortunately average and the location is a mystery. Why build a highclass hotel in a busy street? It is very disturbing noises from the traffic all day long

These accommodations are absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfortable with soft sheets, the bathroom was spectacular with rain shower and tub, able to use apps on tv and room service was quick and tasty. We were also able to order grab. Breakfast had wonderful American and Cambodian options to suit us both with coffee selection. The pool and patio are very nice with plants to hide the city. Location is fine with mini mart and restaurants nearby and tuk tuk to tourist destinations

This is an outstanding hotel! Rooms are large and exquisitely appointed. First high pressured hot shower we had in Cambodia! Bathroom is huge. Bed, linen, pillows all 5 star. Garden surrounds provide a tranquility and coolness needed after a hot day. Breakfast huge even though it’s not a buffet. It’s out of the centre but for us this was a positive. So much quieter and pleasant to walk around but just as many restaurants, cafes and markets.

The staff could have been a little more attentive at reception and on arrival. It felt like we took them by surprise and we had to ask where our room was and take our own bags there. Restaurant looked lovely but very expensive in context. Probably $50-60USD pp. Instead we had a lovely meal at a cut Japanese place around the corner for $10pp with drinks! Just a few small things would lift it from 4star to 5star

Peaceful sanctuary in the midst of the bustling city. Lots of plants, wood, and warm decor. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and beautifully presented. I have food allergies, and they were able to make my food for me. Highly recommend!

Love this place . I text them to decorate my room for my birthday and even at the last minute that they did a great job. The staff were really nice, I have nothing bad to say. I've stayed at Hiltons for many years, but this place is more amazing than any other five star hotel I've stayed at. ♥️

Everything perfect. For vegetarians less options in breakfast.
