Free pick-up from airport is very appeciable.

Room was disappointing and less good and less nice than showed on pictures. Toilet seat broken. Room and bathroom not clean.

The attendant boy and girl were very cooperative.Bedroom was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

the bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. There was no geyser. Need to improve lighting on stairs.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up from the airport for free as well as getting us a tuktuk back to the airport. The room was clean and big and there’s free water as well. We would recommend it.

The room at the top floor was big and it was brighlty lit. I believe it was # D14. The two big beds were comfortable but the bedsheets had foot / shoe marks on them. The wifi signal was good though it wasn't really fast. I wanted to purchase extra water from the lobby at night after returning from dinner; however the owner who was having dinner in the lobby with the elderly couple was kind enough to give me a case of 12 small plastic bottles of water which I truly appreciate.

The owner is not around. I think he has a full time job elsewhere & the place is managed by an elderly couple, presumably his parents. I met the owner in the evening after returning from dinner. I told him one of the two lights in the toilet was not working so lighting was dim and asked him why there was no water heater in the toilet and no TV in the room. Told me it was a newly renovated room and he would fix it tomorrow, However, nothing happened the next day. I had a 3 year old child with me and my wife is Khmer so maybe that was why he didn't do anything. Perhaps its a different level of service if customer was a Khmer and maybe he was expecting Khmers to put up with it but I am not Khmer. I expect to get what was described and what I paid for. He also not around nor did the elderly couple offer any discount when I checked out. USD 42.5 for two night. The other thing was it was also very noisy from the rain as the place had a zinc roof. Additionally as it was near the airport it was also noisy from the planes landing. There was also no elevator as expected and neither was there any porter to assist with my bags. I couldn't really expect the elderly caretaker couple to hoist my bags up to the second floor. luckily the tuk tuk man assisted me which I tipped him of course.

Very close to Phnom Penh airport.Despite our late arrival, the staff were very welcoming and even prepared a dish for us from the menu, at an additional cost of course.Very surprising the calm and silence for an excellent night, given that our flight was very early in the morning and the free shuttle, great.Obviously it's an old fashioned guest house, although it has been renovated, which catapulted us 25 years ago, when we were traveling with our bags... times change, so don't expect all the comforts of a 5 star, but the essentials are there, clean room.To be early at the airport, it's really a very good compromise.

While the room was great (although beware the air-conditioning isn't strong), the staff are exceptional. My wife accident left her phone in a Grab and the owner and his wife helped us contact the company and the driver to find it and get it back to us. On top of that, they made sure we were fed and comfortable the whole time. Just wonderful people!

Needed hotel near airport Was met by owners at the airport at 1am in the morning I can't thank them and their family for the kindness shown to me Was able to leave bag with them safely for a week while I did a tour Again thank you

The people there are super nice !! We particularly liked the fact that the price includes a free transfer to (or from) the airport even though we had to leave the hotel by 4:45am... So kind of them. The room is super spacious.The hotel is really just 10min tuktuk away from the airport.

There were lots of ants in the room and no toilet paper but if it's just for one night to go to the airport it's really doing it.

The staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. They even have a place to keep your motorbike for night. It definitely is a very good place to stay. I recommend.

Weak aircon, and pests coming out from the sewage pipe in the shower room.

I didn't like anything at all. It was disgusting place.

It was horrible place. Bed linen was very old and some are torn . Not cleaned properly. Cockroaches were roaming. Ac is semi functional. Pillows covers are not cleaned. Bathroom bidder shower is not working. Shower is damaged and half of the water leak . No zink.Bucket of water kept with a cup to use. Entrance is messy and bad smell.It was disgusting.

I went around the corner for a bowl of noodles for breakfast just to get out. This guest house is the best value I have seen in Phnom Penh and as a bonus the owner gives you a ride to the airport free of charge.The room I had was very large and comfortable. The owner speaks very good English.

A bit of a challenge to find but persistence paid off.

The room was lovely and the owner was so kind! He drove us to the airport, and allowed us to order a meal at 10pm. It really was appreciated and above all expectations. Thank you!

This place is a quick Tuk Tuk ride from the airport. The owner and his family live on the main level. They seem like a wonderful family with happy kids. The owner speaks excellent English. I would certainly stay there again. My room here was better than the hotel room I had previously stayed in for triple the price.

The towels were a bit threadbare and the balcony did not lock. I am sure if I would have asked to have the balcony locked, it would have been. I just didn't ask.
