The size

It was terrible miss representing! The room looked like the picture but nothing else. The room smelled terribly of smoke and the bathroom like sewage! The bed had sheets on a box spring only no mattress. Safe was not connected to anything and they wanted $400 in cash. They made my husband leave his passport with them in the office. I don't know who wrote the reviews but I felt unsafe there! Area not great also.

The rooms are big .

Staffs are not friendly at all . Room aircon doesn’t work properly.

The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. They have a full size refrigerator and stove top. Incredible view of the city. There is an Aeon convenience store attached to the building, which had everything I needed. Excellent choice for a business traveler on an extended stay. The breakfast provided was excellent. It is all asian choices only. So travelers from the west need to be aware of that.

I think this would be the my main suggestion for improvement. The hot water for the shower only last for a short time, between 2-5 minutes. The gym equipment machines were falling apart. However they had a nice selection of weights.

There are a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

Huge rooms with beautifully designed bathrooms for an apartment. But this is no hotel suite. Fantastic views over the city. Quiet and great parking for all vehicles.

There are no finishing touches. Bare walls and no homely touches. Large wardrobes but no hangers. Coffee facilities are great, but no cups and spoons.It almost feels like it’s missing a woman’s touch to detail or a hotel manager who has worked in the role at a franchised hotel. It could be really nice, but needs to define what the hotel/residence wants to be.

Hotel was kept very tidy and clean, staff were very kind and helpful. Srey Leak helped us with our checkin and was very flexible

Only problem was the lack of hot water in my shower, but it wasn’t too bad as I liked having the cold showers

the view pool and gym, stuff are friendly

The room was great aplart from the fact all the tvs were in Chinese don't know why but probablybecause they are only expecting Chinese guests

For the size of the building the pool looks as if if could hold 15 people mabey 20 but the place would hold around 400 to 500 guests so work that out on a hot day when u want to lay around the pool plus u have to wear a rubber cap over your hair mabey its a muslim thing we couldn't work it out and it's 75% empty there for sale way overpriced and the finishes were substandard the walls arnt plastered straight and there's patches all over the walls the foreman should of been fired on day one this could of been something incredible but it now needz completely redone well the walls at least

Layout, design, facility, you will feel more at home, but with hotel atmosphere, and it is very new hotel.Located in developing TK area, quiet and relax place.

Very helpful staff. Positive, pleasant atmosphere.

It was a lovely stay. Everything worked perfectly. Bed was very comfortable. Many pillows.

Dirty building, and room was smelling cigarettes, it was strong smell.
