    Pros +

    • The cleaners did a great job in keeping the rooms clean
    • The room was beautiful comfy bed, aircon was quiet. I thought it was better than the picture on Booking.com. It was near the railway station which suited our travels. We had to leave early so the hotel provided a take away breakfast which was really good of them.
    • The rooms were excellent. Large, comfortable, and quiet with all sorts of amenities. The staff were always very helpful and offered me an upgrade every time I booked in. They also directed me to an excellent close by restaurant for my evening meals. The location was also excellent for me as a rail traveller. The station was only a short walk away.

    Cons -

    • The staff are rude and does little to help. Is a bunch of unhappy staff for some reason .. very rude and disrespectful staff..
    • The fridge was hardly cold I tried to ask about it but was told it’s on. We had a kettle but no tea or coffee to make a drink. The room service menu is limited nothing vegan for us.
    • The bar was closed, apparently permanently. After a hard days travelling I needed a beer from a bar, not from a fridge. Talking about fridges, not one of them in the hotel was working. The staff are aware of this and management is trying to remedy the situation. The hotel is right on a very busy street and the footpath outside the entrance is basically destroyed. It's a luxury hotel in a downbeat area but isn't that Phnom Penh all over?

Very close to the station, so good as we arrived late one night and left early the next morning

The room is quite new. Overall its a fair stay.

I hate it when there is smell of cigarettes in the room when you first check in and the floor is sticky for whatever reason. And also awful smell in the hallway and inside the lifts. Mainly their guests are from mainland China so ya.

    Cleanliness, hi tech

The glass partition between room & bathroom. It can be seen from either side. Not comfortable

Rooms were exceptional for the price: clean, spacious and comfy. Overall hotel is very well maintained and highly recommend for a short trip

Breakfast was the same every day. Gym could be renovated.

Clean rooms and exceptional front desk and restaurant service. My fridge was on the blink and a new one showed up immediately, carried by a petite lady who refused my help.

There either is no coffee shop or they for some reason don't serve coffee from their restaurant "bar" area. The "gym" or "fitness center" was bleak and the "Sky Bar" doesn't exist. The last one was actually something I really cherish in a city hotel.

Very modern and well equipped room. Comfortable be bed. Great shower.A small extra payment for the delicious breakfast buffet is well worth the money.

Room: Room is beautiful, cosy, lovely bed. They do have one of the nicest looking room at this cost around the city. Location: It’s very central, making it easy for you to venture by tuktuk about 8-10 minutes from every key spots of interests you’d like.

Wifi: This is the most serious concern, their Wifi is NOT password-protected. This makes it too easy for all your devices to get hacked by malicious groups externally. I relied on my roaming service throughout 4 days of stay which is very costly. Simply for this reason, I would not stay here again until rectified.Water: Chilled water bottle must be paid (1.5 USD) but room temperature bottled water is free.Fridge: It doesn’t work. It’s not cold at all, you put anything in there and it’ll spoil.Food: Room service food is not good, had super hard rice.Noise: My room window faces a very busy road and I hear all the horns, cars, loud songs that are played. They’re not overly loud that it becomes disruptive to my sleep but just loud enough that I can hear them through the window and it’s annoying when I want to rest quietly in the mornings or afternoons. Somehow the city seems to sleep after 10pm and so I’ve never been awoken by the same horns during bedtime. Once it’s later in the night, I slept well.

Breakfast was ordinary. Nothing great about it.

A more friendly staff would help. Not very helpful. It appeared as if the hotel was doing us a favour by our staying there.

    6ChodokPosted on: 5-21-2023

Cleanness and Location. Breakfast was fair, same menu everyday. Crispy Bacon is my recommended.

Services - Hotel not accept Credit Card without prior notice. Only Cash payment and Deposit. Water leakage in the toilet. Fixed but still leakage. However, Hotel decided to change to another room after couple days. Breakfast - Wanton was not fresh and sour pork. Caused Diarrhea for 2 days.

This was our 2nd time staying in a transit through Phnom Penh. The hotel itself feels more like a business hotel and is clean & comfortable. We were upgraded and had a decent size room with good seating options like a small chaise lounge with coffee table, and desk + comfortable chair for remote working, ambient lighting & good Wi-Fi connection this time (didn’t stay on higher floors). We liked the bedside reading lamps & the AC worked well. The bed was very comfortable and linens were good quality. The staff were kind and helpful. The hot water shower had good pressure and worked well. The bathroom small but functional and clean. There was room clean on request, and daily water top up. We initially booked 2 nights and extended a 3rd due to transit changes, for the 3rd night we opted to try the breakfast which was better value than buying separately. The options were basic but did the job, catered to Chinese taste (congee , fried rice) but didn’t mind. It was worth it for the very good coffee, and the tropical fruit. There is a laundry room upstairs, and small gym. The roof terrace bar is also nice to sit and watch the skyline but it’s not regularly staffed. On our last night the hotel provided complimentary evening noodle soups which was delicious and a nice touch. Overall the hotel feels like a business hotel for Chinese men but the services and the quality of the room is good. It is also located near many amenities like ATMs and a small grocery store across the road selling things like mosquito repellents. Restaurants in the local area are mostly Chinese, and an Amazon cafe., reflecting more western prices.

Overall a good stay. Some things to note:Walking isn’t easy in the local area as it’s so busy with traffic and on main roads, without proper pedestrian pavements so whilst things are nearby it’s quite a mission to get from A to B. There are however many tuktuks or cabs available via grab or PassApp. The small fridge in the room is barely cold, without adjustable temperature, if you need to store things to keep cool.

The rooms themselves were fine, but I had to be moved twice, due to two different issues (see below). Showers were good and the bed comfortable. I got upgraded to a better room which had a nice view. The staff were nice enough to move me to new rooms when I presented them with the problems I encountered (see below). The location is pretty good, central to a lot of things, but that's about the best thing I can say for it.

The hotel claims to be non-smoking, but it is clear they allow people to smoke wherever they want. The entire 6th floor smelt of smoke, and I could not take the first room offered because it stank of stale smoke. A day later I had to moved again because at least three different rooms with multiple Chinese men in them all that their doors open with cigarette smoke filling the hallways. It is very clear why they keep the doors to the outside open at all times, and why most of the empty rooms are left with the doors open to air them out. Even when I was outside I could see people smoking outside of the open windows from the stairways. If you are a non-smoker, or sensitive to smoke, stay away from this hotel. (Note to hotel: if you are serious about your non-smoking policy, please install smoke detectors that actually work). Also, the wi-fi is terrible here. I had to use data on my phone the entire time, because even though my devices would show that they had connected to wi-fi, in fact, pages could never load properly, and it was impossible to watch anything, whether a short TikTok video, news clip, or movie. The breakfast was not terrible, but it was not good either. Very much geared to Chinese tastes, but at least there were eggs, bacon, bread, and fresh fruit to rely on, even if the "cooked" food had been cooked ages before and was cold to eat.

Housekeeping returned a blouse and face wash I had left behind upon checkout. Staff were cordial. The tech is super cool for what you pay (there's a button to open the curtains, for example). And water was nice and hot.

Wifi wasn't great at all while I was there (though I was only there for a day so it could have just been a 24 hour issue). Channels were all Chinese.

    6SonyaPosted on: 1-29-2023

It is very near to the Central Market.

The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was so bad, it was basically water with a little bit of coffee essence, and not hot at all. For the amount of money that I paid, it should have been way better than this.

The Supreme Deluxe room by itself is awesome with the Iights and automatic curtains, ideal for love pairs.

The Wifi in the Supreme Deluxe room (6th floor) is virtually INEXISTENT, which is sad, as it is the most expensive room in the hotel. The cheaper rooms downstairs have better ones. The traffic at night is audiable if you are sensitive Person
