The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was excellent

Breakfast salad bar made me sick Thin wall rooms especially joined onesStaff will not resolve loud noises from floorToo many business events, so not a serene escape oasis

Friendly and helpful staff.

The room does take some time to cool down. After a day of walking around, it would be nice if the room stayed cool when the customer is not in it. I understand the need to save power, which saves on overall cos,t but a cool or cold room would be great.

That i couldn't use my computer on the room TV. As the local channels are not entertaining or poor quality. Furthermore, the link for app watching was not functioning. So it would be great if guest are able to mirror their phones or computers to the room TV.

The reception is so colonial classic The breakfast restaurant staff were amazing. The rooftop staff had style and character The room maids were fun and good. You met them in the corridor and they could engage with you and have a laugh together

Every thing, breakfast is the best , restaurants and coffee shop style one of the best I have seen and the Reciption area amazing the hotel match between old and new

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Property had charm with modernism. Close to many attractions.

Lovely design hotel. Very good breakfast and excellent overall service.

First night the room was cold although AC was turned off. Hotel sorted it fir the second night.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were great. The breakfast is better than the dinner though because it provided fresh fruit juices. I especially liked the fresh coconut juice. The choices of fresh cut fruits were very good as well.

There’s nothing else in the location of the hotel.

The smell in the rooms was awful. We asked to be moved from our room to another room because our room smelled like urine. The hotel were understanding and moved us to another room however, the room had the same strong smell like urine. We didn’t complain because we realised that it was just the smell of the rooms in the hotel. It was very strange and seemed to smell worse after the room had been made up and cleaned. Also the towels didn’t have a very fresh smell either although they didn’t smell bad just a bit musty.We were on the 8th floor and could hear the base coming from the music in the bar when we were in bed at 10 in the evening.

I was disappointed with the breakfast service at this hotel. Despite the information stating that breakfast is available from 6:00 AM, it was not ready at that time on Monday, 17th February. As I had to leave by 6:30 AM, I was unable to eat, even though I had paid for the meal. The staff in the morning seemed slow to set up, which only added to the frustration. This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel charging for breakfast but failing to provide it at the advertised time. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure better service for future guests.

Very well located. Everything on site or near by. The suite room was perfect for us and our 2 kids of 5 and 8 years old

Would have been even better if the additional bed in the suite room was for 2 person. Even for our young kids it was small and one of them had to sleep on the coach.

Can get busy when there is a conference

Location. Swimming pool. Breakfast buffet.

The whole structure of the place is weird.No pedestrian way to reach the lobby.Once in the lobby, there are compulsory stairs to go to the lift and you must cross the restaurant to reach these lifts....There is no lobby lounge per say as you may expect in high end hotels in Asia. There is no garden either. ..

Room smelled of damp... as if the AC had not been run for a while..The Hotel also had a lot of meetings happening at the time and many security specialists filling the lobby area and making the overall visit uncomfortable...
