Lovely hotel with kind helpful staff. Great gym and pool. The breakfast room was beautiful with a good selection including vegetarian options.

Some sun parasols by the pool would be great, but there are trees up there that provide some shade ?

All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. Wifi was excellent.

The staff were lovely especially Vuthy in the restaurant. Very friendly and charming.

The Christmas carols repeated over and over again in the restaurant. A change in music would have been pleasant.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We had a great view and a large room with plenty of space. A minor issue with hot water was resolved very quickly, and the checkin and out process was easy. I would recommend this place to others. There is lots to do within walking distance, like the night market, genocide museum, and restaurants and stores.

I would have liked a quiet room, but we were right next to the elevators so I heard people talking in the mornings. They could not help us with a transfer back to the airport, though we had not booked it advance. We got a cab easily so it was not a real issue.

Was given a free upgrade to a suite on a high floor. Fantastic view and extremely spacious suite. Breakfast buffet excellent. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Grab food delivery not brought up to the room from the lobby allowing food to get cold. Delivery person not allowed to make the delivery himself. Food left at lobby front desk. I needed to get dressed and take elevator to the lobby to pick up the food myself.

Clean, modern. Excellent massage at spa.

The 4 front desk people are going beyond their service they are really nice to us. The breakfast is decent and room is giving 5 star

Except the lady from the breakfast, we didn’t get the name but she was racist to us, since we are the ONLY asian staying while the rest are western. You really can feel the inequality of her service and gestures. Pls just be nice to everyone, all are paying FULL to get the service & the fact that we can afford to visit your country & not to be judged by our race. Being kind is free.

This is the first time we booked here and will definitely book again next time! Staffs are very accommodating and friendly and the breakfast foods are so delicious! ❤️

I liked everything. Simply one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Service is impeccable across departments. Breakfast is sublime, with a fantastic attention to detail. But to have roneat aek (Cambodian style xylophone) playing throughout is just so calming. Decor is so thoughtful, Great cocktails and especially good at happy hour 5 to 7pm where it's buy one get one free. Final night I had dinner at the Oasis Sky Bar with my family. The steak was incredible and the outdoor setting and service, memorable. Discount too for food and drinks. I'm not selling the place but simply telling the truth. If you don't like it, I'll consider giving you your money back.

The moment you arrive at the hotel you are greeted with exceptional hospitality. A special thanks to Saravuth, Chanra and Kim who are very friendly, kind and helpful. They made recommendations of where to go, arranged our transport, and helped us with booking for our sunset river cruise. The hotel spa service is one of the highlights in our stay, that we even booked twice during our 3-night stay! Kudos to the Camsense Spa Team (Chanda, Sopheak, and Sophea)! You did an amazing job! The massage was one of the best we experienced so far.The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were clean. Breakfast was lovely. The sky bar overlooks the city, a nice place to hang out with my husband. We spent hours there! The hotel is in a good location. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

Nothing I did not like.

Hotel staff are very kind and friendly. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. Those are very important factors to choose the hotel. A little walk to BKK1 central area where I can find many restaurants, but just the right distance to walk (15min).

Hot water stopped twice when I was taking a shower during my staying. It was fixed soon after I claimed, therefore not the major issues.

It was a beautiful building and facilities, what little I was able to see of it. I was only there for one day. I would stay there again. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, the roof top bar was really good and their happy hour was excellent.

The welcoming staff really made my stay amazing. They were helpful, courteous and the best I have known in Cambodia. My room was comfortable, the pillows and bedding outstanding. The daily buffet breakfast was delicious and filling. The spa and pool are great, the Oasis Skybar on Level 15 has a Happy Hour and you can order from the restaurant menu. The hotel is centrally located and a doable walk to many attractions or order a Grab.

The Smell when you walk into the hotel, the aesthetics, the staff and the location are A+. They celebrated my birthday! Amazing!!

The Bathroom. Shower head moves with water pressure and sprays all over the floor. Room and bathroom needs more lighting.
