City View Apartment

Well I’d like to start with the staffs, very friendly and understanding. The room is spacious and really excellent with the budget. It’s in the perfect location as well and really peaceful.

There’s nothing that I didn’t liked about the property itself.

Working people are very nice and friendly.The room is always clean good That why we are always coming back after we away for short period of time. You guys do a good job and good service. Thank you

Poor customer services, Hotel owner was rude, privacy was not maintained at all, rooms had bed bugs.

We loved it. Super cute and cozy. Loved the balcony and friendly staff. We didn’t get to check out the pool but I bet it’s a beautiful view.

The actual apartment was beautiful. I didn't get to experience very much of it but would love to stay again and see more of the balcony, gym and pool. It was a well set up apartment and perfect for a short or long term stay with a kitchen, fridge couch and dining table, and a hot water. There are a couple of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The price of a 3 wheel Grab tuktuk to the airport was 13700 riel/ US$3.5

My main issue was being eaten alive by mosquitoes during my one night stay. I came out swollen and bruised all over my face looking like i'd been in a street fight (i am not exaggerating). I'm told the mossies are a seasonal thing. If a fan was in the room that would help a lot. I also arrived at night and the location while handy to the airport is far from other needs for tourists such as restaurants, money exchange and markets. I ordered Grab delivery for the evening meal but in the morning I could not break a US$50 at the hotel or on the block to buy breakfast. The tv did not work.

Very spacious apartment. Nice coffee shops around the property. Nice view from balcony. Right beside gym and pool. Handy kitchen and clothes horse. Bright apartment.

Aircon broke in one of the rooms and leaked on the bags. Washroom downstairs is impractical but two upstairs were handy!

Horrific to say the least

Bait and switch Nothing like the photos Large cockroach around the toilet and staff could barely speak any English We went as a family of 7 (mum dad 5 kids) booked a room large enough to accommodate us all to be told the ac wasn’t working. They put us in two seperate rooms on two different floors, which we didn’t accept so my children all shared a bed or a rush made bed in the lounge room It was appalling. No fire safety and only one way in and out Would not have stayed had two kids not already been asleep and it was so late at night.

The amenities are complete. It's super clean.

It's a bit far from the city center but public transports are readily available.

Very friendly staff, just the facilities need upgrade. Location is on main road so expect a bit of car and motorbike noise.

The cupboard and facilities look outdated. Also don’t like the noise from the road, it is not sound proof.

The place was easy to find and a good location. The apartment had everything needed and was comfortable and clean, I loved the balcony areas. Water and slippers were given on arrival and water topped up each day which I liked. I would return here as the value for money was brilliant, we stayed with friends for a birthday. The rooftop pool was amazing I loved using it and I never saw anyone else up there so it felt very private

The shower pressure was terrible but this was the only negative thing I could comment on

I initially booked online for 3 nights but ended up extending my stay for a few more nights. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience with this apartment. Great value for money!

I liked that there was a washer and a big patio in the apartment and all the features that were meant to be present in the room. The staff were pleasant, but did not speak a whole lot of English.

The microwave only worked for a few minutes. The stove did not work at all. The staff spoke very little English so it was very hard to communicate with them. I had to call their manager in order to communicate which wasted my time.

The toilet flush is broken. Shit is everywhere. We manually pull the flush cover while vomitting.

We loved having so much space compared to a hotel room for about the same price. Staying in an apartment gave us the choice of eating in or eating out since we had a fully equipped kitchen. Would stay at City View Apartments again.

The swimmingpool was nice, so was the Apartment. Good location,.

Staff did not speak English very well. We had to ask for everything, included toiletpaper and towels.

The apartment was lovely and big and perfect for a family. It was clean and the location is great.. We were in the 7 storey block.. Cleaning was great and I felt so comfortable in there..A great and great kitchen facilities.. A couple of great supermarkets juat a short walk away.. Tuk Tuk via grab super easy.. I loved it.

OK. A few things I didn't like if I was being a bit fussy.There was no pillows on the sofa. No big deal. The pool could do with a bit more furniture to make it more complete. The biggest issue I have is lack of any smoke or fire alarm system which is clearly lacking and I know it's very unlikely but these kind of places need to be regulated better and the owners responsible more. Because of this I don't think I would stay here again unless something was implemented. This is a 7 storey block with one means of escape.. God forbid anything happened by the time you would know anything about it I fear it would be too late.

Location was a bit further out than we realised but tuk tuks are relatively cheap. Staff we checked in with spoke limited English so it was a bit hard to communicate. Door lock was very stiff.
