Uluhan Hotel

Well-run property, good location below Pontic tombs and with views of the city and river. my suite had a balcony overlooking the River and at night the lights were magical. Good breakfast bur could use a coffee machine, please.

I had read reviews about the noise from the club next door, and while on the River I was on the other side and it was not loud, I could see how rooms near to the club could hear very loud music.

Very stratgeic locatuon for tourist. Attractions are just walking distance. Very beautiful to take photos during daytime and nightime with colouful lightings

The room is very next to a pub with loud music all night till 1pm. I can only sleep well after that

Staff are great. Location is perfect. The view is wonderful with a river view. The room ic clean and has all normal facilities.

Staff is very friendly. They provide laundry service too with reasonable price. I love the hospitality there. I will definitely comeback again.

Since the property is closed to a bar & pub, i can clearly hear the music from my room. But no worries, still manage to get a good sleep though.

Close to main area and its close to pontic king rock tombs just 2-3 min walk from hotel. Hotel coķ guźel@very nice. Breakfast also was good ?

There dont have air conditioner just open the window because the air is cool enough.

Rooms were comfortable and very clean, nice garden to relax, nice view on the canal. Good place in the city center.

The place could be quite noisy.Limited place for parking (even motorbikes)

Position is perfect, near the kings tombs andnear many pubs , withwindows facing to the river.free tea time from evening till midnight

maybe someone can be disturbed by the music coming from the near pub.

Great location, nice staff. Inner courtyard full of flowers. The windows of the room overlook the river. Comfortable bed, good shower. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this place!

The breakfast is good, but quite simple.

i paid for an upgraded room for my mother yet they requested extra money as she arrives to upgrade the room which is the worst thing they could do i would never ever book this hotel again cause i dont know how they will charge me extra

We've got a great room with a balcony over a river, , so our stay was just amazing! They have an cozy inner court, so the breakfast is as comfortable as it possible. Just 1 minutes from the route to Pont Tombs, so location is ideal for tourists.

The hotel is very nice you feel like you are back in time ( 100 years ) very original restoration for a place that is 150 years old , breakfast is excellent, stuff nice and helpful , highly recomend this place.

The location is good. The room is spacious . Clean & tidy hotel. Friendly staff.

Loud music until midnight from club near by. Have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the centre. Breakfast very poor.

The hotel is at a very good spot in the city center. It has this old ottoman style look and feel. The owner took the car and parked it on a safe place. Rooms are comfortable and decorated in ottoman traditions.

The only drawback is that there is a bar just outside the windows. The singer is trying to be heard at least in Sivas if not in Istanbul. The singer does not take a rest before midnight. The music continuous an hour after that. So It's hard to believe that you can sleep before that. Even the deaf people will have a problem to sleep because beds were trembling.
