The Wyspy Hotel

A business-type hotel. Clean rooms with ocean view. Nice restaurant on top of the hotel with city and ocean view. Excellent location in the center of the city and next to the ocean front. Good breakfast with different kinds of bread to choose from (including dark bread). I think the hotel is good for a business trip but not necessarily for a vacation trip. We stayed there for our last two nights before flying home. The hotel was okay to get organized for flying home.

I think the price for the hotel room is too high for what it offers. Only one person spoke English.

Location, view and the room details

Nice facilities, good breakfast, excellent location. It was near the cable car/chair lift/Teleferik and Novado mall and taxi stand. Lots of places could be explored on foot.

Only one English speaking staff at the reception and she needs training to get down from her high horse and deal with customers nicely.

Central location, friendly and helpful staff, valet parking

The blankets are too thin, but they can give you an extra layer if you request.

Gateway customer service, everyone was helpful and open. The rooms are spacious and good warming system

One of the windows of our room was not able to entirely close so we had a little wind coming in. Difficult to figure out where parking or valet is.

Nice clean and tidy room with helpful staff and valet service to park your car.

Breakfast was a little bit disappointing. I was expecting little bit more varialety and more warm dishes. I feel I could get better deal with going out and finding a breakfast place in the city.

I didnt like anything in the property because of the bad treatment I got!! This hotel should not be a 4 star hotel ever.

Very Shameful, that the owner Pay a lot of money to make the hotel and he try his best to put it on booking as a 4 star hotel. But in the end, he hired young people that doesn't know anything about Reception and how to deal with people.The first problem, I pay more money to have a bigger room but when I arrive they said there is a problem with the reservation. But, dont worry we will give you better room. When I go to the room it was small and not enough for us, And they refuse to refund the extra money that I pay for bigger room!!The reception people were very racist. When we left the room to make checkout I forget the room card inside the room and when I returned to the room I didnt find the card!! The employees took the card intentionally to give me a fine and make me pay for the card!!!!!!!!!Also, when I call the reception to take the bags for checkout, the man come to the room and take 2 bags and left me with the other 3 bags!!After that, I call the reception again to take the other bags. When the man come he was angry and shouting to me!!!! This guy was very very racist and bad guy who should not work in a 4 star hotel.Really!!! Is this a 4 star hotel????Some of my family are turkish, I come to Ordu a lot. But this is the last come I reserve this hotel. Also, my friend will come to ordu on August I said to him previously book the whspy hotel. But, after your bad treatment to me I told him cancel your reservation for this hotel and find onther hotel.

V.Good location - free parking-clean room-good shower

We booked two non-smoking rooms through the Booking website, but when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave us two special rooms for smokers @@!! We were surprised by the smell of cigarettes filling the room, which forced us to change one of the rooms to non-smoking ones, while the other room was excused by the receptionist because there was not a room with two separate beds that had a balcony, noting that we had previously booked a room with three beds that had a balcony, and he had to provide it to us since he did not adhere to our reservation. The other matter is The breakfast is not diverse and does not meet all desires. Fried eggs are for a fee. The employees are always not present in the dining hall to meet the guests’ desires and prepare the tables with spoons and napkins so that the guests can eat their breakfast. There is no coffee machine, but it makes coffee with hot water and ready-made coffee powder. The air conditioner does not work, which forced us to open the balcony while we were there. It is on the first floor and the hotel is located on the highway, which created unbearable noise and disturbance. The bed is very small for two people.

I liked only the restaurant which is placed on the top and has a great view

The rooms are extremely small, the staff are ride especially at the reception when i went down to ask her to change the room because of the cigarette smell, she told me these are our rooms with this smell. On other hand, some pieces of the roof falls down and she was more rude when i showed this to her. I asked them we are not happy we need to check out and get our money back and you can deduct one night, they refused . It doesn’t look like the pictures at all.

The breckfast should be in better options, the types are limited and there is no variety, there are some things that are not free, you need to pay money.. the summary of breakfast is not as expected.

Top floor rooms have a nice view, overlooking the bay and not so nosy from the main street. There is underground parking, from which you can ride an elevator directly to your floor. Breakfast is great - you can even ask staff to make eggs to your preference

Top floor rooms are smoking only rooms, not a problem for me, but could be a problem for someone. It makes sense of course, that smoking rooms are at the top, but so 20th century. Also in our room the useless TV was kind of always in the way - I bumped into it with my head couple of times, because it is literally hanging in the middle of the room. If I had an option to get rid of TV, I would.

Located in city center, not far from funicular. Stylish hotel with free underground parking, nice view from restaurant on the 6th floor. Very clean with good view from the rooms, staff is very friendly and speaks english

Too dark in the rooms and corridors. Seems it was planned to be a style, but as a result you cannot see the locker on the door, light in the room is also absolutely not enough. “Great” idea also is to put make up mirror on the corner w/o additional lamp. Parking info you can get only after check in, and before it is not possible to park a car even for 2 minutes

A beautifully maintained hotel within walking distance to many things, the lovely beachside promenade, the ropeway (which is a must in Ordu!), many shops and restaurants.The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well laid out with a great shower.The When restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Gorgeous, sweeping views of the surrounding hills and city and the beautiful Black Sea. The breakfast was of a high standard with good variety and freshness. The evening dining was exceptional and so delicious! The restaurant staff, cleaning staff and reception were all so attentive and helpful. Thank you to you all for making our 3 night stay an absolute delight!
