Breakfast and food in general was very poor for a 5 star hotel, balcony door was not working so we couldn't open it to enjoy the balcony.

Front desk Staff were not helpful we booked for three rooms and asked for higher Second floors they refused to give even the rooms available it seems because we came from Middle Eastern country

the hotel is old and the rooms need renovation the internet speed is vey slow !cleaning should be better they have have charge me extra money (by mistake!!

Beautiful hotel set in the top of the mountain. Peaceful environment ? The room is very well furnished, and all the necessary amenities are included. The breakfast buffet was served early in the morning with a view of the sea and the city. Everything was freshly made delicious food ? ?. It is a very nice place to relax and enjoy the view ?.

I think you need a car here to make your trip down easy.

the location of the hotel was amazing. also, the comfort of the rooms and cleanliness. there were plenty of parking spaces where you face no issues parking your car

Breakfast services was average, but less than what I was expecting from this well-known international hotels. The road to the hotel was bad.

The location and the view are perfect.

The reception at arrival was the worst experience we ever had. We arrived shortly after a big tourists group. The reception had one staff who was attending that group so I just stood waiting for my turn. Suddenly he looked at me and asked me what is the problem? I told him, with a smile, there is no problem, just waiting for my turn. He rudely replied, ok I'll need ateast 5 minutes. I replied fine. When my turn came I reminded him that I had a request for connected rooms when I made the booking more than 2 months back and that they confirmed availability back to me. He said we don't have connecting rooms, I gave them all to the group who were before you. I asked him so what is the point of confirming my request? He said, I don't know! I gave you rooms next to each other! What do you want more?! Then he checked again and told me I can give you connecting rooms but with WIFI not working in them! I rejected this offer. He then was not happy and told. me what do you want I gave you both options and you rejected them! He wants to make me the one to be blamed for rejeting his two suboptimal offers! Anyhow, I eventually took the rooms next to each other since we were tired and no support was appearing to come from his side!
