Pros +
- Terrible
- Location, staff
- Almost was good as it is 4 stars hotel.
Cons -
- First they gave us a smoking room. How is that possible in 2025? Then they swapped us to a room and the AC was broken.
- Wifi, no tooth brush and tooth paste
- Staff were rude. They didn't accept $ Currency, or they charge me too much over it as reservation was in Euro, I was forced to get to the city center to get Euro's instead of USD to pay them. They accepted USD in one condition (I should pay exactly the amount) and they can't return the change back so for example my reservation was costing almost 390$, I paid 400$ they didn't pay 10$ back even in TL no I have to have exactly 390$!!!While in all of the other hotels I pay in USD and the change paid back in TL which is normal.I didn't like this attitude very much.
