The provided breakfast is outstanding. They let us check in significantly early as a room was available, which was quite helpful. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and well-equipped and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is also right off the main pedestrian walk in Bolu and close to old town, busses, etc. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Our room’s window opened into a shaft inside the building, which other guests smoked into. There was no air conditioning for the room, meaning we either had a stuffy, hot room or ran the risk of letting smoke in. Cigarette smoke also sometimes came in through the bathroom vent. Smoking was additionally allowed on the balcony of the breakfast area.

Very clean, comfortable and big rooms. Perfect for a family for short stay as reataurants and shopping was so close. Breakfast was simple but good.

It is the super value . U book an hotel in the middle of the town , aroud the main square at the cheapest ptice . Rooms are huge. It is a modest hotel . But it is all what u need . Breakfast is on point and more than expected

The location

They did not notify us about the alley being closed due to construction so the hotel parking was closed because of that, and we had to park far away and we paid for it, after being exhausted from a long trip we had to walk all the way to the hotel while carrying our luggage

Awful experience

i didnt like the attitude of the staff towards me and my family. Because i already payed in booking.com, when we went there, they charged me an extra €20 per baby so we got charged €60 euros for three babys so pls help me get my money back. Even during breakfast, the lady in the kitchen shouted at my kids because they made a little mess on the floor.

The room bedsheet and pillows was cigarette smelling No tea, water and tissue in room Shower head was completely broken so had to remove the head of the shower Owner was very aggressive and always ignoring us and told us that this is not 5 star hotel it’s only for $19 a night so don’t expect a 5 star from us but in actual I paid around €165 for 4 nights not $19 USDHard to park our car always been waiting long to find a space NO BALCONY BED SHEET WAS USED AND NOT WASHED JUST STAYED FOR 2 nights then checked out and they didn’t refund me

City center

The room I get was bad for noon smoking gest it smel so bad so I pay extra money to get family room

The location was perfect to the city center. It is already in. Also, the breakfast is very good ! I think, It is the best cozy and cheap hotel that you can find in Bolu. Indeed, It is very clean !

Location in the center. Tea and water in the rooms. Breakfast is simple but not bad

when checking in women at the desk requested for children of 2 and 5 years old an additional payment 20 euros FOR EACH (2 years old!). I didn't even need a bed for a child, but no one is interested in this.neighbors can be heard in the rooms even if they are talking quietly. Shower heads were broken in both 2 rooms

There is a Muslim shrine near the window of the hotel, I was woken up at 5:00 in the morning by a terribly loud sound in the speaker, I was very scared and could not sleep.

The room was very spacious. And the location was good.

One of the three beds was very uncomfortable and made my back hurt during the whole day. The breakfast options were very limited. The shower was also badly angled and we couldnt change it.

Large room. Equipped like a small apartment. Very good location.

The property is in the city centre, everything is close from pharmacies and grocery stores to restaurants and cafes, the room is spacious and the beds are comfortable, the lady at reception with the glasses ( im sorry i didnt learn your name) was very polite and accommodating, and whenever we asked something she did everything she can to help us.

The room is very dirty, the floor was not clean the bed sheets and blankets had particles on them, the bathroom is poorly designed you can barely sit down on the toilet because of poor decoration, you can hear the drainage pipes behind you while you are sitting on the toilet, we had a car and the location was terrible to get in and out, the bed had garbage under it.
