Very spacious room, good bathroom. Easy checkin/checkout.

For the whole time that we were there, not a single person smiled or asked "how are you", said "good morning/night). Air conditioning was controlled by the lobby, you literally had to call the lobby and ask them to adjust the temperature every-time you needed to change anything. It was so unmanageable that after a very long struggle, maintenance staff was called and after not being able to solve it, they were kind enough to leave a remote control with us. Still, it was extremely loud and inefficient. Do not disturb light shut off whenever we left the room. Most of the breakfast was very tasteless. Instead of toilet paper, there was a small napkin dispenser.

It was wonderful accommodation. Nice room with balcony facing the mountains, fabulous staff, great and diverse breakfast, and near for the city center about 8 minutes to reach there. Further more it just has an indoor swimming pool, Turkish Hamam, sauna and steam room.

Clean rooms, close to center I just stayed for one night so it was good

I visited the hotel during the summer. I chose it because of its good reviews and the availability of air conditioning. Breakfast was ok.The staff were extremely friendly and the spa was mixed. However, as a hijabi they managed to book me a private Turkish bath experience.

The first night was an excellent experience. However, during the last two nights, I couldn't control my room's AC as it was managed from the reception. While this approach is more sustainable, it wasn't practical, especially for an adult staying in the room.

Exceptionally welcoming host team, clean, spacious and quiet room, comfy bed, amazing breakfast, good internet connection. A huge bonus for me was a running course with an amazing mountain views along the newly constructed road nearby.

This hotel is a very good choice and has nice swimming pool.

This is my second or third time in this hotel. I always find the ceiling shower handle broken. Management should keep checking and maintaining these things to enable good satisfaction for the guests.

Not a 4 start hotel at all. AC does not work and you don't have control in your room. You have to go to front desk to tell them to turn on the AC

staff was extremely not friendly, i made booking from booking.com and when I arrived to the property they charged me 100 dollars extra. air conditioner wasn’t working, it was completely not good experience, I don’t recommend to anyone..

The staff in the reception I didn’t like them , the room that I stayed in was very hot because they have problems in the air conditioner I call them many time to open it and they do but just for 10 minutes and it’s return off again . the normal thing that they must do it is that they moved us to another room, but they did not. also there wasn’t a shampoo and conditioner
