Hampton by Hilton Bolu

Great staff, very clean, convenient location off the major roadway. Also the breakfast was amazing with so much variety.

A comfortable and spotless hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommend. The staff here is wonderful! So welcoming and helpful. Made our short stay feel special.Outstanding service from check-in to check-out. The team truly goes above and beyond.

All staff members were friendly

Rooms are too small and we found dirt in the room

Needs huge training courses for housekeeping

The worst housekeeper , I informed her to clean my room many times face to face and also I suspend cleaning tag on door suddenly, she didn’t make any cleaning just she opened the room and but 2 bottles of water. Also she left the trash as is.

Bed was not comfortable.. breakfast was bad.. very high charge for that hotel

I loved pretty much everything especially Mr. Ügür the front desk man who was very welcoming and helpful man indeed he even offered us coffee and tea as a complement.. I really appreciate that and the comfortable room and the clean bathroom… the breakfast was very good .. the location is good a nice stopover hotel to other parts of Turkey

I think it’s a little bit overpriced for 4 stars hotel and the towels need to be changed and replaced otherwise it is a great place

Location

It is reaaly wonderful compared to its amenities. Great staff. Room facilites perfect. great location.

The price is more of a 5-star hotel

Good location.

- When we arrived nobody came to help with the luggages. We asked for help, but no one came to help. We took the trolly ourselves and moved the luggages to the rooms!! - I have booked two rooms and requested for extra bed at each room. However, the hotel only provided one, and called the reception again to provide the extra bed for the other room, however, received nothing!!

the location is good near to mall and the hotel modern and the furniture are good and the bed clean and confortabltle

The room is small and not cleaned well
