It’s very near to the City Center. The people are very friendly, and the breakfast is good.

The WiFi is very slow. The property is in 2 different places. The breakfast is served in the City Hotel.

I booked a hotel room at Bole Deluxe in Turkey, received a confirmation, and informed them of my arrival time, but they did not respond. When I arrived at the hotel, they did not open the door. I called the provided phone number, and they told me that all the rooms were occupied. They left us on the street.

The staff is quite responsive, but this does not cancel out the urgent repairs that are needed.

Right when you enter you are greeted by the smell of tobacco, it is everywhere and in the room. Quite dirty, stains on the floor. We had to change the hotel, of course, without compensation. Everyone is misled by the high rating

They give free breakfast although it is not stated in the booking. The host has been very nice and accomodating. The location is walkable to the centre.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the charming Izzet Baysal Street. The room was spacious, well-equipped with essential amenities, and featured a lovely balcony.

The room had too much light coming in from outside during the night which could be disruptive, and the refrigerator was quite noisy.

The room was VERY Hot!! Was a 35° hot sunny day,The room had no AC and no Fan... there was a window but was impossible to open it to sleep due to the super busy super loud street and neighbors having loud chats in the alley. To make it worse, i texted the property manager at 8 30pm asking for a fan or something to help cool the room a bit but received no reply. We ended up checking out at 1am as we couldn't sleep at all due to heat and noise.

They mislead us, by putting photo of other apartment, and in reality the room is very small. The breakfast is so dry, they dont even have fruits. Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast and parking are available at the nearby bolu city hotel. Room is very big with a balcony with table and chairs. Bed is large and comfy

Lack of soundproof. At night I could hear the loud conversation of some guests. Unfortunately they went on for hours. I had some difficult to find the hotel but for this I have to blame my app that leaded me into the wrong street (there is a sign on the right street). Breakfast is basic but good for the price. I had some problem with the key of the door. It doesn't enter/turn easily

Spacious. This room, or i would say apartment (?) have three rooms, one master bedroom and two other rooms that fit 5 adults. One of the rooms has a baby coat! The master bedroom has a portable fan, and i kinda wish there was at least a ceiling/stand fan in each room. Because it can get stuffy... Tho yes it's cold even in summer.There is a lift! A big plus point! I arrived around 11PM and the owner came, I love that i can pay with a card! So anyway please tell them your ETA as they'll come by (no reception there) from another hotel nearby i think (their property too).Good WiFi connection!Overall, a decent place to stay for an overnight stay.

Even tho there's a kitchen area there aren't really any appliances or cutleries u can use there ? all those cabinets but they're emptyyy hahaI wish the place was cleaner or cleanest as i can still feel that the place is lightly dusty as i walked in.There is only one bathroom.Not a dislike, but a heads up. They can't converse in English. So, you'll need to use Google translate. :)

Its a clean room. Comfy bed & pillows and clean sheets. Nearby Bolu main street. Easy to find convenient stores and food outlets.

The hotel is very comfortable and has 3 large rooms.. suitable for a large family.. the price is also worth it.. even if it was only for a short stay but we were happy and enjoyed

The town of Bolu and Hotel De Luxe proved to be a pleasant surprise during our long trip in Turkey. We used the hotel as a rest stop and were pleasantly surprised by the amenities on offer. The apartment where our family of four stayed /101/ was spacious and clean, with three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and two terraces. There was decent Wi-Fi and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The staff was very responsive, hospitable and well-intentioned. There is convenient free parking. The hotel is located in the city center, there is a large grocery store, restaurants and all kinds of shops nearby. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

It would be beneficial for the staff to speak better English.Regenerate response

Best recommended for middle stop on the way for Cappadocia, Antalya and other long distance situated destination. Not far and easy to find from the highway, nice huge clean and cosy apartment and great breakfast. We arrive at 2 am because of the delay and still got quick accomodation. The personal is polite and kind to help what you need, great positive approach to the customers.

cigarette smells everywhere in room, when we contact staff about bad smell of cigarettes and demanded changing another room, they told us that every hotel room is smoking so they can not change the room and we had to sleep with cigarette smell everywhere in room. this was awful as we hate cigarette smell. if you want to book this hotel, please take this into account that hotel rooms are smoking and smells awful if you are non-smoker.

Very spacious and near to many shops and restaurants. They provided free parking to. The staff is very nice to us and speaks good english.
