Abant Aden Boutique Hotel & Spa

The location and surroundings are greatThe staff are helpful

Its a little bit old the price is over rated for the amentities even they made us pay for the water while it is usually on the house the lighting is very weak we had to use our phones flashlights to see

SpaciousGreat foodGreat staff

Location and service and the hotel food and room is very nice.

They can provide at least kettle inside the room and lighting to be improved.

The location and the spa in the room was good

The room smelled smoking although it was non smoking. I told this to the staff and they said it is a non smoking room. However it was cigarette smell 100%. During the checkout the staff admitted that it was the smoking but she said they can't stop the guests from smoking in the room. The breakfast was OK. Not very high quality produces.

Room was big with jaccuzi , it was good.

price we paid is not worth for this facility, not great views or not much facility inside the resort to use for the price paid.

almost nothing

It looks abandonned, everything is old and outdated even carpets… terrible experience, we had to leave after 1 hour, it was awful, even the coffee we couldn’t drink it…

The rooms were big and comfortable and the morning air is so fresh and cool.

Location isn’t the most fantastic.

Price in comparison to others

No good lightRoom very smallNo any kitchen instructions, even tea preparation you cant do it ever.SmellUn clean It is close to main road , you will not get silence.

Room clean and spacious

Reception employee attitude is very bad and his manager as well. There was no water heater in the room, sugar, tea and water.

The location was great

The stairs was longand the coffee wasn’t tasty

Stayed for 1 night in 3 rooms. Room is comfortable and reasonably clean. The hotel is set in a beautiful area about 20 minutes from the lake. Hotel seemed quiet in summer.Friendly service although they can’t speak a word of English. The waiter in breakfast area really tried his best though to communicate. The breakfast was delicious and we really loved the way they presented everything- we asked for more eggs and bread and they kindly accommodated us. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you stay in this area.

Wifi wasn’t the best and air con was pathetic.

in room Jacuzzi tub and terrace

ac was not that good. and couldn’t sit in balcony because it was hot and glass closed balcony gets hot and humid though the environment was cool but couldn’t enjoy because of being covered with glass

clean, good location, nice staff although not speaking good English

a little dated for the 5 stars

The staff was very polite and cooperative. They try their best to make you comfortable.

location, view, prices for massage are very reasonable and most importantly the breakfast hours are open like for whole day… so no need to worry.

The place was very nice with a comfortable view of mountains, the staff was lovely, Spa was perfect and professional, Night lights on the Tree’s was amazing

Needs a better way to the elevator if you park on the side, otherwise you will use the long stair’s

The rooms were big and comfortable, the bathroom and balcony were amazing, and the breakfast was very good. The whole theme of the hotel is nice.

I just wanted an iron and electric kettle for making hot water, but they were not available at the hotel.

Location in nature

Why this hotel is listed as 5 stars?.Photos are misleading. There is no wifi in the room.No water kittle. No fitness center.Bathroom door knob broked from inside, if i were alone i woulve trapped easily inside. It is an expensive motel at best

everything;location, views, rooms, staff, room serviceEverything was spectacular

It was quite good. The staffs were kind and helpfull. Our room was clean ans suitable for family.

I think the price was high.

friendly staff good place to stay for 1,2 nights a very quiet place very close to Abant lake excellent breakfast I would visit again.

a bit outdated furniture
