The location is really nice, there are a lot of programs for kids.

The food is really bad, we liked the hotel and would go back if they would change the whole kitchen. It’s just not worth it, we couldn’t enjoy any food.

The breakfast was delicious. Kids area is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The early check-in is possible.

The gym is not fully prepared. The lake view from the room doesn’t deserve the cost, because there are a lot of trees between the hotel and the lake.

The furniture is old and smellyThe hairdryer doesn't work after usage of more than 3 minutesThe water in the pool was not as advertised - 28 degreesThe central heating was turned on only for about an hour every day and outside it was cold - 14 degrees.I didn't measure the internal temperature, but it was on the edge of being uncomfortable.

The hotel is at 3 star level and the room price is very high, it is also called half board, water, tea and coffee are free for breakfast, only water is free for dinner

The staff were helpful, especially one lady, her name BEYZA she was very helpful and perfect in the reception .

The hotel all needs renewal, especially the bathroom, which is very dirty .The area for breakfast and dinner has ANTICIPATING next to the buffet table. The hotel is very far from the service center.

The value it’s increasing significantly since 2years backAdvice for transportation facilities (from any we’re in Istanbul to the hotel) as very difficult and expensive.Need an advance Internet for professional works as it is weak

Very expensive, although it is mentioned that it’s a 5 star hotel, I believe it should be 3.5

Everything was excellent.

No iron , no private swimming pool for ladies . The internet was not good .

Clean, servers very respectful and helpful, always a cool breeze, spacey rooms and hotel in general, great selection and variety of menu
