The hotel was clean, new, and quiet. The reception staff were extremely helpful in helping us navigate public transport. Burgas itself is nicely compact, so public transport is valuable.

Staff attitude was very good, friendly and helpful.Good breakfast.

The smell in the room/bathroom.The distance to the closest beach indicated on booking.com was inaccurate:300m. The real one is about 3-4 kmReally incomfortable beds.The water doesn t drain properly in the shower.The descfiption on booking.com does not corespond to the reality. We should have had a couch for the 3rd person but it was a bed instead.

Is is a good hotelnfor a stopover in Burgas. Rooms are nice, clean. Breakfast is ok. They have a free parking lot

WiFi was terrible in our room. Even I told to the studs about this problem, they didn’t nothing. Also I asked for an iron. Since it was written in the room facilities, it shouldn’t be so hard to give that service to me. But they didn’t bring the iron.

The hotel is pretty basic, which is reflected by its price, but it is clean, comfortable and well placed for the airport. It has a well equipped gym. Breakfast options in the morning are ample, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped and recently renovated.

Beds were very confortable, good location, good price, good staff.

Showers smelled bad, housekeeping did not change towels or bed sheets throughout the day, i found a clump of hair on the ground.

The stay was very good, even though we used this as a transit stop is amazing value for the money. The beds were good with a soft mattress. The shower and bathroom worked fine. Good connection to Wi-Fi and TV (my dad really appreciated that). AC worked very well, considering the heat and had no issues with it whatsoever.

The single thing that was not that good, but not right out bad was the fact that the fridge was not that cold, but this is nitpicking at this point.

Parking situation is not good. If you have a bigger car you cannot fit in underground garage and there are not enough parking spots around hotel.

We had our breakfast at the restaurant, ut was cheap and very tasty!3. Spa was closed during our visit. Check status at reception.

Not a thing

It was hard to find. I arrived at 11:30 pm and everything is closed. No water no coffee or tea no food no nothing at all , I was looking to find someone. at the front desk and waited for a while. Unbelievable and not worth the money or the time to find such a place.

Friendly staff, large, quiet rooms

Location far from city centre, parking can be hard to find during work day

The room was a good size and had everything needed. The complimentary bottle of mineral water was a nice bonus.

Staff were having an argument at reception while I was checking in and were being quite loud and inappropriate, which left a negative first impression in me. The room was overall clean. However, the hairdryer in the bathroom was covered in dust.

Large, clean, and comfortable rooms. Quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was above average.

Parking may be a bit challenging.

I really liked the receptionist; she was very friendly and checked my family into the room as quickly as possible. A very fast and polite person, she immediately offered an infant crib for the room.

There were cockroaches in my room. One large one crawled right into the bed while my wife and child were sleeping. It was disgusting! Luckily, I noticed it in time and managed to kill it. I've stayed in many hotels (around 80), but this was my worst experience ever. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, mainly due to the unprofessional attitude of the hotel manager at reception. A blonde lady at the front desk was rude and impolite—she didn't greet us when we arrived and instead, aggressively told us to wait because she had other work to do. Not exactly a warm welcome.The hotel restaurant is located underground with no windows, making it feel quite uninviting. Breakfast was very limited in quantity and not satisfying. The lobby bar was decent, and the staff there were polite, which was a positive contrast to the reception.Housekeeping was inadequate—our room was not cleaned properly, pillow covers were torn, and general maintenance was lacking. Outside, the winter garden doors were broken, with missing glass, and the tables were rarely cleaned.This hotel seems to cater mostly to athletes, young people, and children, so keep that in mind when booking. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we wouldn’t stay here again.
