The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean.

Everything was great at this family run hotel , from the tasty food menu to the comfortable spacious rooms. Very welcoming helpful staff , clean rooms, excellent facilities for a short city break.

The room was spacious and nice, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall good value for your money.

The location is a bit far from everything and the public transport connections are not great. Also the mattress on the bed was old and hollowed in the center so it was like you're sleeping in a boat.

Very pleasant stay at the City Hotel. The owners of this hotel went above and beyond to help us when we were left stranded at the airport. Taxi men wouldn't take us as they wanted longer paying journeys. This couple sent a friend to collect us when they heard of our plight. Thank you so much for your kindness .

This hotel provides you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only sorry we didn't get to stay longer.

Mattresses on beds very poor quality as were pillows. Think it was expensive for quality of rooms and feel of place.

Breakfast was awful. Was given 11 slices of French Toast and shown a selection of Jams and a plate of goats cheese. Thankfully there was a selection of teas and Coffee.

The staff were incredibly helpful before I even arrived and very good when I was there.

It is a little way from the beaches and city centre nut taxis are available.

Not good location, not good service, not good quality

The location of the hotel is simply perfect. It is located near two big supermarkets and a mall, as a mother for 2 children it is very convenient.The staff at the hotel were quite polite and respectable .They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing me with a clean and comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast each morning.My room was spacious and comfortable mattress. The food was of exceptional quality and well-presented. The food menu in restaurant was varied and reasonably priced.Finally, I would like to mention the service which was exemplary. The staff were The staff was there to help and had a positive attitude, as well as being efficient and professional.In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Burgas. It's the perfect place to stay.

Nice and friendly staff, good breakfast.

Both ventilation and water drain in the bathroom are projected in the weirdest way, so it was always flooded and steamy.Be ready to spend 5-10 minutes after taking a shower trying to get rid of the water from the floor with a mop.

Beautiful hotel wonderful staff very caring and helpful.. lovely food ..comfortable bed Beautiful rooms. Lovely little restaurant .look after you like family. Even given mosquitoe repellent for you to sit outside in the evening

room is poor , hotel is poor and we paid more than 80 euro for one night , you can hear the other rooms even they only speak , nothing to eat , no info from the front desk , shortly everything was bad
