I wish staff could speak english..i had hard times ordering dinner

The view is absolutely stunning, with ample seating areas to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the scenery. The area is peaceful and quiet, creating the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The staff, though young, are exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a smile.Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30, which was ideal for us as we were there to fully unwind. Even after 10:30, they don’t rush to clear the food like many other places, so you can continue enjoying your coffee and fruit at your leisure.There's plenty of parking available, and they even offer a shuttle to the beach, which is just a 10-minute walk away. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate.

The view of our room was excellent

The pillows were very uncomfortable, clumpy and old/over used, the floor in the room was extremely noisy and squeaky.The breakfast was the same each day, very disappointing ( not a lot of options). Some of the staff is clearly not well trained and unprofessional ( we were told to wait roughly 30 min for our dinner to arrive , and after 55 min we received the starters like hummus some pita bread and Fries, later on we received our main course that arrived cold , also some of the dishes that were on the menu weren’t available.)I’m the common area there is lack of cleanliness with spiderwebs in the corners. A lot of salt and pepper shakers were broken.

The location is amazing.

The food and beverages section needs huge improvements in terms of products, variety and staff training.

There's wonderful view from the hotel. The breakfast was good, but the supportimg staff was not ok. They were quite unexperienced young guys and didn"t bring value for money we paid

The bungalow was smelling on a mold. The bathroom was not clean. And the size of the room was too small for the money we paid

The breakfast was till 11:00 a.m. which allowed us not to hurry. There was a coffee machine and fruit, and there were tables outside (with a great sea view, St. Anastasia island). The hotel offers free umbrellas for a beach just close to the hotel (naked beach). The other beach - Rosenets is 15 mins walk on the road which was a bit unsafe in my opinion to go on foot as cars are flying on this road. Fortunately, there were shuttle buses a few times a day to get to this beach.The room I got was spacious enough, it would be great if they had a wardrobe.

Unfortunately, the staff is not trained enough, there was no cutlery when we arrived for breakfast, some of the assortment of the breakfast was missing - no vegetables, no croissants. Staff went to a separate hall where they stayed on their phones while people wanted to find out where they could get coffee cups. This was a very unpleasant experience, to be honest. Otherwise, the staff was young and helpful people, especially the guy in the reception :)I tried the coffee machine they have on the bar, but the coffee was not good at all.It is a pet-friendly hotel most probably as there were some guests with dogs, which is cool. Unfortunately, the dogs pooped in the garden.

The location of the hotel is extraordinary, rooms are spacious and decorated really nicely. Very quiet and private.

Some troubles with communicating in English, not all staff were able to speak English.The outside of the hotel needs some TLC, there are signs of the weather consequences.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel right at home. The proximity to a wild beach added a unique charm to our trip. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

Little variety of breakfast, a lot of aggressive mosquitoes, lack of local shops nearby, so you need to have everything you could be needed with you

The remote location, no children (at least when I was there), secluded beach, and good breakfast.

The restaurant is mismanaged and the one person cooking is overwhelmed. It’s the restaurant manager’s fault because he/she has a five page ridiculous menu and then the cook doesn’t have anything in stock or kitchen to make any of the dishes! If the restaurant trashed their current menu and created a daily set menu in which the guest could pick either a traditional Bulgarian soup or a mixed green salad, then a choice between a fish fillet with vegetables or a pork medallions, served with fresh bread, then one desert of the day, coffee and a glass of wine included. All for 40 lev… The chef could then change the menu daily to fit his supply.Also I’ve never ever seen so many different unhappy inept kids trying to run a hotel.. every day there was someone new .. almost as if the owners go out each day looking to hire a local high school boy to make spare money (and these boys just want to play games and smoke.). They aren’t trained at all so this is another mess.The breakfast is plentiful and well prepared but nothing special or memorable. Decor: The owners need to remove the bar table and put it in the useless dining room and make a lobby area (it has an unused built in sofa)… plus the owner needs to hire a real bar tender who can make signature cocktails.The hotel has lots of potential but no one seems to care. For instance there’s a useless tennis court and locked bikes… no one said anything about using them. Also, the owners should turn a part of the huge property into a kitchen garden and grow their own vegetables and herbs for the restaurant.The place would make a great episode on a “Make-Over”reality show. The owners should take more pride in their business and want their guests to return. God is in the Details There’s no shower door or curtain to contain the shower water so the bathroom is constantly covered in water.

Sea view room was very nice. The hotel is clean, breakfast is tasty and offers variety of food and fruit. The location is secluded and offers a chance to rest. We did not miss anything.

The only minus for me was the lack of options for lunch and dinner. If you rely on the hotel only, you will get fed up very quickly, and there aren't many options around either.

A cosy and warm hotel with a stunning view in a very quiet area. The food is excellent and in the small beach you will be almost all alone. We adored it.

The location was excellent and the views from the property were outstanding.We would definitely stay here again.as the overall experience was amazing.

The boardwalk and steps down to the lovely beach really need to be replaced.The outside space although beautiful was a tired and could do with a bit of spruce up.

Everything was perfect

Just wow! I’ve been here for two nights with my mom and decided to stay one more. The place is quiet and amazing.Free bikes to use and a tennis court as well.The staff is really friendly and helpful.Beach area is so private and intimate!Best place to spend time with your family far from the city aggitation.

Didn’t liked the food at all unfortunately..Breakfast could be improved for those money

It was a beautiful place, amazing sea and nature view. Breakfast was delicious. The food in the restaurant was also very nice. I liked the room, it was clean and comfy. Parking was available on site.

The beach was not very clean. There were cement blocks and some residual stuff looks like from a construction site.

Breakfast was Fantastic. It was allowed to have it even after 10, with some 30-40 min delay:) Nice and cosy restaurant. Silent & warm atmosphere. Plenty of parking places outside. The personnel is extremely nice, friendly & supportive. The young people/kids working their are smiling & sunny, well done:)

There was a hornet's net right next to our window (apt. 9). Though there was a mosquito net on the window, it was not perfectly well fitting the window & we were slightly worried to open the front window for fresh air:) Maybe the Killers or a new Net could make things better!
