Perfect location close to the sea and right in a great park

Quite old facility. Too noisy

Honestly the older receptionist lady in black hair. She was amazing, always smiling and just a good vibe :D The location was quite nice too, if you are looking for more peaceful side of Burgas.If not for the crazy issues with bathroom, it would have easily been 10/10 review for the quality to price ratio.

Staff. We reported, that our toilet was broken and we were not able to use it. It looked like water from few days backed up and the smell was far more than unbearable. (Side note: awful smell was also in the second room). The receptionist (male) told us, that they won't help us today - maybe they will fix it tomorrow. They did not. And then again not. We were out of the toilet for pretty much 90% of our stay and had to go to a restaurant each time we needed to use the toilet. What a damn joke.In the second room the floor looked like someone vommited on it.

Pretty good location because near the sea.

Everything in the hotel is very old. You have to pay for the parking. Rooms and carpet were dirty. Beds were really uncomfortable.

The view from the balcony is beautiful. The personel was ok.

No air conditioning. Noise from the disco which is downstairs. It's too hot to close the balcony door and too noisy to open it and be able to sleep. It's not even good music, it's impossible to listen to it!!!

Old hotel, owned by the local state university. Definately this hotel needs renovation. Too expensive for 1 star old hotel.

Located in the midst of the seaside park. Nice view to the sea from the 8th floor up.

Dilapidated building and furniture both in desperate need of restoration. Brought back in my mind memories of early 1990s when the tourist industry was in shambles. No place for decent coffee, proper stores 15 minute walk away. The center of the town is about 30 minutes walk which in 35 degrees was an arduous task. NO AIR CONDITION and I repeat at 35-38 degrees in the shade. Ah attempt has been made to renovate somewhat the bathroom but the space allotted was so small that one barely can squeeze in. The only redeeming feature was the price but nevertheless if I had an idea what was like the hotel I would have preferred to pay twice as much. I expect that quite soon the building will be torn down and built anew or thoroughly renovated.

Locaion and price

No air conditioner and old elevators that often have issues. For a 12 storey hotel good elevators are essential.

The hotel is in a good location and is decent value for money however it is very loud, you can hear your neighbors as rooms have little insulation and the restaurant attached to the building plays very loud music until midnight and even on higher floors cannot get any rest from loud music.

The "retro atmosphere" :) was authentic and I appreciate that their only investment was a pretty cheap renovation of bathrooms because it helped to keep the price of this hotel so low, especially given the excellent location. Both beach and bus stop to bus station as well as to Nessebar are just 3-5 minutes walk,. The hotel is in a very quiet location and the discoteque it its restaurant was either not long or I just could not hear it from a balcony. The view from a balcony was nice, and there were plastic chairs, as well as a mosquito net so I did not miss anything at all (even though a kettle would help, but on the other hand there was a very cheap buffet with a rooftop seating with excellent sea view just about 3 minutes walk).

For those of you who do not speak any of the Slavic languages there might be a language barrier as the receptionist did not seem to me to speak any English, but now it is easy to have translators in telephones so this is not so important.

Excellent location! Clean room, balcony with a view.

No air conditioning! So you have to leave a window and balcony open and then there is noise from the balcony following the neighbors. The room is very clean but you can still smell the mold. Weak internet conection, old facilities.

The views from the balcony on the 9th floor was worth the downsides of the hotel’s condition. Plus No AC and small room! It was hard to sleep! We were charged the Parking fee of BGN 7 for each of our two Motorcycles when we only occupied one parking space for one night stay!

The elevators are a bit of a concern if you have children or too much luggage ! The speed of the elevators might be a bonus, but the gap between the shaft and doors is a weak point!

Personnel, rooms are old , narrow and poor furnished.

It was recently renovated, the beds were super comfortable, the location is uncomfortable, it’s just the best. Plus, amazing view from the higher floors

The panoramic views over the lake and sea were outstanding. The room was very comfortable. The furniture wasnt new but it was very clean. Within walking distance to the beach and the town. A well equipped restaurant right next door.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is modest but in the best way possible and you get a lot for what you pay. Bathroom was super clean, the view was more than amazing. Location is great, 20 min walk from the city center and shops, restaurants and beach are 5 min away.

The only thing I didn't like was the carpeted floor but it'd not a big deal.
