Beautiful view from the top of the building. Room was spacious, there was everything you would need for a longer stay. 20min walk from Burgas airport.

Room has no night curtains. Room and balcony could be cleaned better.

The beds were ok.

There was no hot water after 8 pm till the morning. The balcony door was broken and it was very hard to be closed - the last day it didn't open at all, leaving our swimming suites locked outside before going to the beach and still there was nobody at Reception to help. The bathroom was bad too - the shower was full of Calc & rust and it was fixed with sellotape. Calc & rust on the faucet as well. The floor was dirty. The wifi was slow and it has been disappearing all the time. Not recommending at all

Perfect comfortable stay close to the airport and the beach. For the money we paid, we were extremely surprised and happy. First impressions - lobby and lovely staff member who was very pleasant and explained a couple of things very well, considering we had no Bulgarian language apart from Google translate. Next, the room: extra large room, extra large and comfortable King bed, good curtains, little balcony, very clean with nice linen. Large bathroom but it's more like a wet-room (ignore the shower surround). It was quiet and we slept well.

There was a kettle but no cups, and no tea and coffee (we did ask, but they were not available) As mentioned, the shower is more of a wet-room. However, the good far outweighed the small negatives, given the price.

Nice balcony with a sea view, very good air conditioner, had a washing machine. Good location within walking distance to airport

The shower didn't have any walls so the water went all over the bathroom and the TV didn't work

The receptionist is very polite and helpful. The rooms are big and clean.

It's a cosy and clean "Family Hotel" 2 Stars. Its position is strategic, very close to Burgas Airport (Sarafovo), 2 min driving from the airport, walking distance from Bus Stop. The hotel is simple, there are double rooms and mini-apartment rooms (highest floor), very good ratio Quality/price. Staff is friendly and helpful, also if english language is not so usual. walking distance form the black sea and from other summer resorts. Quiet area, more residential than turistic, so ideal for those who don't like busy and noisy area and need a quiet place for staying.

The period i have been at the hotel has not been the best. Weather was incredibly windy and cold, the noise of the wind was so strong that was possible to hear it from the room.

Good location, closed to the beach, good relation price/quality.
