The hotel has a nice location near the Sea Park and not far from the airport. The studio on top floor has a nice view towards the sea, despite the hotel being also next to a busy road. Aircon works well and the beds were ok. It was clean and the bathroom was nice with plenty of space.

The food at the restaurant is dismal. From the breakfast which has the worst selection of ham, cheese and fruit we have ever encountered (in a country known for amazing fruit, vegetables and dairy / meat produce!), to inedible omelettes, raw sausages and soggy / oily other dishes. We tried to eat there a couple of times and then opted out even from the prepaid breakfast. No black out blinds so difficult to sleep after sunrise. No lift so have to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.

Great location . Super easy ,spacious free parking. Room and hotel was very clean. Single bed very comfy but a bit narrow. All staff spoke good english and were very nice and helpfulDelicious evening meal in the restaurant, good menu, very reasonable prices. Food was very tasty and hot. Service very good. Staff dealt with all small problems immediately, they were all so good and smiling.I would stay again and visit the restaurant for a meal even if I wasnt staying in the hotel.I would recommend for a stay in Burgas out of the city centre. Easy access to airport, centre or to motorway .Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Maybe consider investing in some new towels. The ones we had were small, greyish white and very thin.No shower gel , just shampoo each and small bar white soap. We were given another 2 shampoo for the shower though, thank you.Breakfast muesli was very good, plate breakfast was minimal and very strange to get a square of wrapped burger cheese included on it. It was enough though I would choose something else next time the other options were omellet, french toast and sandwiches which you ordered the night before.

location - near the lake, not that far from center, big room with nice terrase

room smelled like cigarettes even if marketed as non-smoking. breakfast selection was very poor - there is a supermarket close and I think that for the value of money you can buy from the supermarket a better breakfast than what is provided at the hotel. no hair dryer in the room - was given one when asked reception. also - no elevator, it is not a minus, but to keep in mind if you have any issues with this one.

Mostly fine, big room, nice view, comfy beds.

The rooms are a bit outdated and the surrounding area is not really enjoyable.

Uncomfortable bed. Improper twin bed. It was actually an armchair which is impossible to sleep on it. Very poor breakfast. There is only one hairdryer in whole hotel and it blows only cold air.

Breakfast was ideal and good. Clean room, stunning view when you are on the balcony, friendly staff. It met our expectations.

The location was perfect for us for a one day visit in Burgas. The hotel has a perfect view, and the family room on the 3rd floor has a great terrace to sit and enjoy this view.

The hotel has no elevator, and we were on the 3rd floor. The mattress needs to be replaced.

The staff is wonderful, speaks several languages, which is very convenient. Responsive, always ready to help. Breakfasts are excellent, delicious. We also had dinner there and everything was incredibly delicious, very homely and cozy. The rooms are clean, cozy.

Everything was great.

The room was clean, decorated ok, it was quiet. There is a parking space and you can choose what you want for breakfast and they prepare on the spot.

They appeared to be a pet friendly facility, there is even a question answered about this, but in the meantime (I booked this 2 months ago) it changed that they don’t accept pets. Make sure you specifically ask and check. After discussing this, they accepted us to stay with the dog against a fee.

Long way to bus stops and no footpath

The food in the cafe downstairs was very tasty. The room was basic, but we just needed a place to sleep before continued the trip.
