It was very dirty! Stains all over the carpets! The sheets were clean, but feel of the room wasn't great!

Especially the breakfast. Homemade Tutmanik - pastry, big quantity.

The staff were polite and accommodating. Decent size room.

The Wifi was practically unusable. The breakfast was disappointing. Signs of wear and tear on sheets, stains on table cloths etc.

Mould in the bathroom, awful breakfast, no minibar and no water on reception desk if god forbid u get back late and h are thirsty!

for breakfast they brought one plate on which there was dry bread with one slice of cheese and transparent ham, the coffee was soluble as if from a station machine, one boiled egg, honey and marmalade. The staff doesn't understand English at all, they only speak Bulgarian. They seem like I bothered them with my presence in the morning. I really don't recommend the hotel

I waited 50 minutes and helped create one invoice. This invoice was made up of 5 employees at the reception desk and they were not able to fill out this invoice correctly. He doesn't speak English at all, only Bulgarian. It's terrible that they treat the guest, that he bothers them with his presence, a terrible feeling. I strongly do not recommend the hotel. It absolutely does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. I chose the hotel based on the number of stars and expected the corresponding quality, which was really terrible.

Hotel is in the heart of the city, 2 minute walk to the center, but very easy to arrive with car. Having a ready breakfast and a coffee at 6:45am is great , thanks again.

Breakfast was cold and poor. We need to ask several times for coffee until argue with personnel asking for money.

For this money, I expected a lot more. Breakfast is really poor. Last time even the ham had mold on it. Not everything, but many things in this hotel and staff there are kind of disappointing.

Ok rooms but staff is full of scammers - worst phone call scam right after checkout!

10 mins after you checkout correctly then they will call you on the phone to try to scam you!They will want you to return for a 2nd checkout and they will pretend that you broke something so you can pay them additional money. It was a woman that called us from the hotel. Please fire her! Even she knew that all that she claimed was all lies. Unbelievable!Do not use this hotel so they can learn to not scam guests!

24/7 reception and parking space

The room was dirty and there were like several bugs in the bathroom. In the whole hotel there were like three rented rooms but we were put in one next to the projectors and AC outside body - no sleeping and there were many other rooms they could have given us. The breakfast was very poor. Too high prices for what you receive.

Dirty, low quality and quantity breakfast (no buffet), mold in the bathroom. Dirty carpets, waiting around 5 minutes to come warm water. Cleaning and towels changing after notice in the reception. Broken on purpose the airco control ( so you can't customize the temperature). That was the second time that I visit this hotel. The one and only thing that changed from my last visit was the cockroaches wasn't there.. The reception staff mostly staying outside and smoking. So when you need someone you have to search around. I choose this hotel because I didn't found empty room near to center. Never again. Supposed that is 5 or 4 stars hotel..noway.. Avoid this hotel!!

The pillows were totally different from each other, the door locks "peeps" every time you enter, I know this is some kind of security feature but is a problem when someone tries to sleep inside. Roof restaurants don't work, so the most interesting thing about the hotel you can't see it. Breakfast was poor.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre.The breakfast was meeh,okay. Doable, not great but definitely not terrible.The staff was welcoming, however this is probably the most nastiest hotel I had ever seen.

This is probably the most nastiest hotel I had ever seen.The room was not clean, the sheets,the floor, the bathroom it was nasty and disgusting.For 80 lv a night, I would’ve expect something decent.

The breakfast was not appropriate for 5 star hotel. The young part of the staff was really nice and positive. The room was really cold. No internet at the room.

French bed, good TV and room' arrangement overall was very good for the money, comparing to other hotels of the same price. It's more like a studio, so high standard, but not 4 stars for sure.

All lifts not working. The bathtub was not clean on the corners had black stuff like mold. Receptionist unprofessional, can't answer basic questions about the food details est.
