The outside pool is too small, there is an abrupt entrance in the sea (not usable) , The small beach was full of sea weeds

Nice place, nice hotel, nice staff, nice room, big and quiet and comfy, good food. We liked it.

The location was nice. The secure parking was convenient. The spa had everything we expected. Loved the view and having coffee on the balcony. There was a huge selection of food available for every meal.

It needs a good deep cleaning in the spa and the rooms. Didn’t like the neighbors smoking smell coming into our room. The towel policy for the spa was annoying. One towel per day. I understand one at a time, but mine was soaking wet and I wanted a dry one and it wasn’t allowed. The food on the line wasn’t hot. We warmed it in the microwave though.

Very happy with the facilities... clean, cared for, choice of food and helpfulness from staff.I found the pool and spa areas very warm and being used to swimming in a mych cooler pool a bit overwhelming!

elevators seem to work weird, you are at 4th floor and the elevator is at 5th floor, you call it, and it goes to ground floor without stopping at 4th floor.

În principle was a good experience, only one think I didn't like, in the first day they had a very big party until midnight and we can not sleep at all. In rest was ok, the food was great ?, the spa was ok, the room was ok but they have to improve the bathroom

Very poor quality for food,drinks and services.

Everything! We are regular visitors. Today, I want to praise the staff. They are so helpful and can not do enough to help you! The one thing we thought could not be changed was the lifts, BUT they changed them, and they are quicker and amazing. Can't wait until our next visit !

Very nice place, nice staff. I was positive surprised.Clean rooms , no smell in the rooms .Food was good.

To crowdy spa on the weekend ,there was no place to sit or lay available , way too small pool and space / no towels availbale because of that.Families and a lot of children . Restaurant for no smokers and smokers are with open doors inbetween so as no smoker i had to enjoy the smell on my cloths after the dinner .

The room was clean, meals and snack bar very nice.

The pool and the restaurant very crowded..The kid's room is small and games are not working. Old and broken.

Location is nice, even if the beach surroundings seem abandoned.The room was spacious with a good sea view.

The restaurant, spa and pool were very crowded, unpleasantly.A lot of big mouthed people in the sauna, the doors weren't closing well ans it wasn't keeping hot.The food at the restaurant was very limited, repetitive and only a few of the dishes tasted good.Another thing that bothered my, especially because I was with a toddler, is that there was a lot of cigar smoke inside, coming from the terrace, which was closed due to being cold outside. Our hair and clothes were impregnated with cigar smell, even if we only ate inside of the hotel.

The floors were mopped and were wet and slippery for old people like we are

Exceeded my expectations in every way.

The indoor pool could have been a bit shallower than the 1.45m as my wife is only 1.35m tall so we just used the jacuzzi.

The food was delicious and the staff is nice. The view from the room is beautiful.
