The only positive was the option of evening swims in the cold outdoor pool.

We stayed for 4 nights and honestly, the hotel didn’t live up to what we expected. Coffee outside meal times was only served in thin plastic cups that bent with the heat – if you wanted a proper paper cup, you had to pay extra. On top of that, the machines were switched off straight after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks were watered down. Our daughter cut her foot twice in the indoor pool on a sticking-out screw – my husband had to actually show staff where it was as they couldn’t find it. When we went to report it, the receptionist was more interested in her phone and we had to insist she made a report. Even though we asked to be contacted by the manager about it, nobody ever got back to us. We also hung the sign asking for clean sheets but they weren’t changed – the sign was just put back. The restaurant staff were unfriendly, shouted at us in front of our children and even made aggressive gestures. Bread was handled with bare hands until another guest pointed it out and only then gloves were used. The place itself is tired and needs a refresh.

The diversity of food, the aquapark, the swimming pools, the children's playgrounds, the large rooms.

The indoor air conditioning unit is full of mold and emits a very bad odor during operation, which makes it unusable. Also, the walls are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors.

The resort is ok, not too big, but isn't small either. A lot of green places are around it. There are 2 large and free parking lots, and a great view of the sea. The apartment is big and cozy. The hotel has 4 large swimming pools, 2 of which are heated, the water park is adapted for different ages. The food from the main restaurant was overall ok, not too many assortments, but we had enough options. The sea is quite far from the hotel if you want to go with the kids, but there are some buses that take you to the beach and bring you back. The guys from the pool bars were very kind.

The cleaning is horrible, in 4 days nobody cleaned the rooms (we even asked at the reception, but still no action was taken).During our stay, I think 95% of guests were Romanians, and a lot of them don't have a clue of what it means to be civilized (glasses, pampers, fruits, etc. left near or in the pool). The snack bar (we found only one) had: apples, fornetti, pizza (2 slice/person) and some kind of pie with cheese (we found one of them with mold), so it was the last time that we went there. The drinks at the bar were as expected to be at all-inclusive: not too many types of cocktails, bad juices, bad vodka, only the beer and pink gin Savoy were okay.

A great place for families with kids, food was great and plenty, different pools for every need, a great community in the complex that give us a happy and relaxing vibe.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Despite the hotel being fully booked, it never felt crowded. The pools, and there are several, always had space, and the aquapark was fantastic. The restaurant offers a wide variety of choices. The staff were pleasant.

Just a heads-up: for beach and pool towels, a cash deposit is required. Not a big deal, but good to know!

If you like swimming pools and aqua parks - Topola Skies has a lot to offer. There’s good animation for kids and mini disco every night for the little ones. Place has breathtaking views and panoramas

While spacious, the rooms are pretty basic and do not give you a premium feel, despite the high prices. We had ants in our room coming in from the balcony - we were on 2nd floor. There were no cutlery or dishes in the apartment. Some of the staff did not speak Bulgarian. 90% of the visitors during our stay were Romanian and the staff spoke Romanian. Not a lot of diversity in visitors. The pools were crowded and not enough sun chairs for everyone. People went out early in the morning to put their towels on sunchairs in order to “reserve” them despite signs saying this is not allowed. One gentlemen was smoking a cigarette in the pool and the lifeguard did not bother to say something, until I talked to him. The food was nothing special and some meals were quite basic and tasteless. Kids mostly ate French fries and pasta. The snacks offered during afternoon were always the same - baked frozen pastry or an apple and biscuits. There was no proper selection of drinks available at the pool bars - only the standard low-quality spirits and beer from the all-inclusive. Not even a frappe ? All of this costs more than 2K BGN for a 3 night stay - no thank you.

made to order omlette for breakfast was a favourite for my grand daughter. plenty to choose from, nobody should go hungry that is for sure. The indoor pool is lovely and warm of an evening.

Adora, the beach they bussed us to, is very small, quite a walk down a rickety walkway to get to from the road that the minibus drops you off on. There are quite a few large rocks in the water so care is needed.

All the fun activities for kids, food was fresh and quite tasty, spacious rooms and nice AquaPark.

Long way to the parking lot, but they help you with carrying the luggage ( thanks, by the way :) ). Also the way to the beach is tricky, you can get there by their busses, but they don’t operate in the afternoon/ evening.

The pools.

The food is awful! The restaurants are dirty.

10IulianPosted on: 7-21-2024

The location was great, the food was good and the pools were exactly what we need in the hottest summer in Balcans. Also, the Aquapark brought us a lot of fun, for children and for adults too.10 points for The Zipe Line ?

We didn't have a beach nearby and....we didn't understand why in the Aquapark they listen a russian radio station?!?? ?

8EvgeniPosted on: 7-18-2024

AquaparkActionparkA lot of food selection Nice for few days activities

Wi Fi signal is very weak. There is not much to do around .

Variety of food , friendly staff, good location, variety of pools, overall nice accomodations, quiet after 23 so people can rest during the night, overall a pleasant family vacation destination.

Outside public bathrooms all over the complex in very poor state and unhygienic. Smell was really bad in all.Free drinks were a cheap sort and cocktails made with cheap juices. I woke up with a bed full of ants and my child got bitten by some insect inside the apartment. Maybe insect screen doors/windows would help with that.

I like the infrastructure and how well maintained everything was. I like the rooms, spacious and clean, exactly like in the picture. I like the fact that they delivered what they promise. Decent, fresh and diverse food.

The beach was kind of far and reachable by walking (eco path), personal car or resort hourly vans. Also Adora beach has a stony entrance in the sea so water footwear will be a good idea.
