View of everything, breakfast was fantastic, room very clean, club lounge was fantastic

Great ocean view. At the best area in Atami. The superior room open bath is great.

Our private onsen on a balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing, the room was very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

There was construction nearby during the day and the sound of cars on the street below blocked the sound of the waves, which took away some of the relaxing effect we hoped for. It was still phenomenal, but would just want to be aware of that.

The staff is multi lingual. The property is all inclusive. The private onsen on out balcony was divine. The spa was top notch. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. We loved the Sushi restaurant, the Teppanyaki Restaurant and the Japanese Kaiseki restaurant. We also loved the resort wear!

The wooden sandals we were given to wear needed new heels. The French Restaurant was not up to standard.

The room was very comfortable with beautiful ocean view and hotspring bath in the room. We love the check out time (noon).

The property was so close to the beach front and the amenities were top notch! When it was time for us to leave they couldn’t book any taxis so they arranged a hotel car to drive us off to the station, which we greatly appreciated! 10/10 Experience overall!

An absolutely gorgeous hotel. Very modern and new. Facilities are just amazing: you can easily spend the whole day just inside if you are looking for a place to re-charge your battery.

It would be nice to have a bar open late hours

The room is beautiful and staff are super helpful. Amenities are fantastic.

No eateries nearby unless you climb up the steep slope. The restaurants are always fully booked. Luckily there is in-room dining. Hope the menu can have more variety since there is nothing much nearby.

Atami is hard to get to. It's off the beaten path.

Great location, lovely views of the beachfront, really enjoyed the private balcony onsen, super breakfast offerings.

The room's lighting system was inconvenient to use at night (controlled via a tablet).

Private onsen in the room was great. Very clean and well maintained. Restaurant food was excellent. Right next to the beach, very convenient!

Location is very good. Lots of options for buffet Breakfast. Room with open onsen is a good choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks in the fridge are all free of charge which is a happy surprise! Hotel also provides welcome drinks until around 8pm at the bar lounge with some snacks. Love it! Will come back again in future!

Great location to Atami Sun Beach, spacious, quiet and clean room, kind and hospitable staff members, delicious and fresh breakfast, and nice onsen with great view. Thank you for arranging many things so we could stay in Atami with awesome memories. I would like to visit again when Hamabi fireworks happen so we can enjoy from the balcony.

Nothing. It was a bit pricy but worthy to spend money for the special memory.

Dinner in French restaurant is not worth to go.Too expensive for what we got.breakfast is good.

Rooms are fantastic. Large and spacious with great view of the ocean. Private outdoor bath was perfect for watching an ocean sunrise. Beautiful property with great hot springs. Views are stunning from 10th floor infinity pool.

Would have been great if there was a shuttle service to and from Atami station. It is a very difficult walk to their location due to mountainous terrain, although short.

The facilities at hotel are new and have everything you need during the stay. The spa is exceptionally good with outdoor spa and indoor spa and sauna. We enjoyed the facilities there so much that we hardly leave the hotel

A bit rigid for checking in. Like most hotels in Japan, no check in before 3pm

The variety for breakfast can be better. We stayed for 2 nights and then food served were the same. Will be better if there is variety.
