There is a Lawson convinient store right on the 1st floor, also, it's very close to the bus stop, which you can ride a bus to the Haneda International Airport.

I wish there was a slope at the entrance to the building instead of steps.

Perfect budget-efficient hotel for visiting research institutes in Tachikawa. The location of this hotel is convenient since it is close to the station. The room is clean and sufficiently well-maintained.

The rooms were a great size, bed was large and comfortable. Location is convenient. Great value.

The comfy bed and pillow was a quality I rarely see in Japan. The size of the room was good, too.

As mentioned in other posts, the hotel was a bit hard to find, especially as it was dark and rainy. But it actually was direct and not too far from the station. As other described, the front of the hotel is very dark and not appealing, but the room, aside from the stain on the bath tub was nicely styled and clean.

Reasonably priced considering the short 10 minute walk from Tachikawa. Washing machine/ dryer available at a minimal cost. Amenities are replenished everyday. No noises leaking from other guest rooms. Lawson located on 1F.

As soon as I walked in, was helped by a nice gentleman. Even though my Japanese is atrocious, he could clearly communicate the check in process and what was available to me. Room is what you expect in Japan (a bit on the small side) but had everything I needed. Location is a short walk from the station but is a little bit tricky to find. Very close to conbinis and a number of restaurants and video arcades to kill time.

No food included but there was a Lawson on the 1st floor.the room was pretty big and was able to relax with our hectic schedule.the front desk is super small and felt like there was so much privacy.

we rented a car because of my health situation, so just keep in mind that you will have to pay for coin parking. Good thing is, there was one right outside of the entrance!

The room I had was small, but clean. And there was a convenience store right next to it. Great for a late night bite! And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s maybe a little far from the station. But not very. Just about 10 minutes on foot.

The location, close to the station, was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed afforded a very good night's sleep.

It took a little too long to find the light switch to the main room due to expert positioning of pillows. Couldn't connect to the internet despite the free wifi.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities were clean, the water pressure and temperature in the shower was excellent. The explanation of services was available in English as well.

The air in the room seemed stale, and even though it was a non-smoking room the scent of smoke was detectable. Maybe the A/C filter needed to be changed?

Staff was great! I arrived around midnight and was worried about check-in so I messaged the hotel in advance and they said there was no problem, though you need to be buzzed in to the front desk after 1AM. They also called a taxi for me the next day.I love the little amenities basket they provided me at the room, which even had some skincare items that I appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The convenience store right next to the hotel is also lifesaver. Also a bottle of water in the fridge. The little touches were nice.The room and bathroom were also slightly larger than I anticipated, which was welcome. Price was great for what you got.

It might have just been the summer heat and having a lot of luggage but I found it to be a bit farther away from the station. By all means, it's still technically close and also a great price for the distance and what you get but if you have a lot of luggage in hot weather, it may be more worth it to pay a bit more to stay even closer to the station.
