Please note that upon check-in guests are required to provide the bank card that was used to make the reservation. If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment method. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. During the winter festive season, gala dinners are compulsory on Christmas Eve and New Year Eve, specifically on the 24th and 31st of December. Bookings without gala dinners are not available for/through these dates. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. Starting from 8 December 2025, online rates no longer include the mandatory Christmas Gala Dinner. The Gala Dinner must be paid separately upon arrival. For Bed & Breakfast meal plan: 170 EUR per adult (12+ years), 85 EUR per child. For Half Board meal plan: EUR 120 per adult (+12 years) and 60 EUR per child. These charges will be collected at the hotel at the time of your check-in. Bookings made before 8 December 2025 still include the Gala Dinner in the room rate. Reservations for 24 December 2025 cannot be made without the mandatory Christmas Gala Dinner. Starting 1 August 2023, Seychelles implements New Environmental Sustainability Levy to Enhance Green Initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travelers. The cost will be 100.00 SCR per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles, children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.
