Great staff & Polite behavior, great room service Food was so good..

Nothing to like

Room allotted had no view, not even road view (didn’t see anyone else staying at the hotel). Next morning there was no water so had to wait 20 minutes. The towels were dirty. So nothing to like about this

We booked 2 deluxe rooms, room 202 was good but 203 was small and not all lights were working making the room quite dull.Moreover property does not have lift so not preferred for aged family members

Staff behaviour

Poor space to accommodate 3 adults especially when they charge in full for all the three. Couldn't provide me with extra blankets I had asked for that they agreed to online. Airconditioner was a total misbehave to remote commands. Not enough facilities in the bathroom.

Hot running shower water

Rooms were very small,My booking was for superior double room,buy they gave single small roomWhich was congested

Breakfast was very nice especially aloo parantha

I think tea could be better

Breakfast is ok (Omlette Sandwich, Toast Sandwich, Upma, Kanda Poha options + tea or coffee). Overall good.

Restaurant ambience is a bit shady considering that there is a bar bang near the entrance. It would be good if the front facing bar is closed from public view (may be airconditioned) since it is a lodging and boarding place.

Staff was very good, the restaurant below servedexcellent and delicious food. Rooms and washrooms wereclean.

The staff at the reception / frontdesk were good. This was the only +Besides this the full experience was nothing less than a torture.

Mosquitoes in the room, due to which the I was not able to sleep.Secondly, poor internet connection - 90% of the time I connected the laptop thru my phone hot spot,The staff disposed off my lens solution of 250ml which was over the price of the room itself, in less than a day of check out. On requesting a refund for the pathetic room & service, they refuse. Never going there again.

Everything was perfect. Staff is super friendly. Rooms were Clean and tidy.

Food bit pricy compared to similar hotels.Disturbing at 11PM for food bill. They could have collected either during check out or while delivering food to room.

The size was good, setup was good.

Bed Sheets were not washed properly. One can smell the odor. As soon as you enter the room you can feel it. It was very uncomfortable.

I liked the response of some of the staff including the lady at reception during the day.

Just did not like the room size of 101 with the table next to the door .besides during the night the guy in reception calling to clear the food bill.

Room is Clean and good.

Staff Continuesly walk outside a room they make slipper noise. I don't know why they put chair out side a room. Its makes us uncomfortable. And they charge beer 100 rs extra on MRP. Food also expensive. I paid 2520 but nothing get complimentary they add water charges in my lunch bill .

Room was next to reception , no privacy , The room which booked was not ready and so they had to us room next to reception

Noisy manager and staff loudly talking in the middle of the night while we slept, had to tell them twice to keep quiet but carried on regardless. Dirty bathroom seat. Please do not allocate guests room next to the reception.

Location because there was no tea at all. I had to literally travel in search of tea for 2 Kilometers. Still no tea.

Mostly The Bedroom bcz it was luxurious and given me good feel

I don't like about the small things like not putting water in jugs before the guest arrival ....
