Initially they gave poor room which was not safe bathroom cielinf was open.walls paint out.they charged me with 2016 rs with breakfast but no breakfast was given as the kitchen opens at 10 that too for breakfast they kept no options just poha.Room service is bad.4-5 calls i had to make for one bottle of water.Mosquitoes were there..Can i get a refund for my breakfast amount as they could not make it on time.pls remove ds hotel from your list.No hot water at 7 in the morning.i had to take bath in cold water.

Didn't like the service provided. Had to call multiple times for providing breakfast and room service.

Breakfast was provided around 10am whic was very meagre with average taste & quality.They didn't even provide water and forced to buy water bottles. Second day we didn't wait for breakfast and had out side to save our time.

They didn't allow us to have a look at the room prior to check in. Took money for 2 days and forced to stay in the hotel. They didn't agree for second day cancellation though that option was there till 6pm. Room service is so worst and horrible and took hours of time to suppl water and breakfast. Room & hotel hygiene is horrible and least bothered. They are mainly focussing on hourly & 3hr rental basis for Quick money. They didn't even change bed rools after quick rental usage. Strictly not suitable for families.

I wasn't offered breakfast and was said that the amount does not include breakfast whilst my booking did show that so there's nothing to like about the breakfast ghe staff was nice however

Food quality needs to seriously improve I've ndver tasted a sweet chicken lollipop....no wifi....maximum channels on television weren't working....there were cokcroches all pver the place

Everything, jus a waste of money . You will get cigarettes smoke smell which will never go from the room . Whereas the staff will say that after room freshner it will go . Jus not to stay.

The image is totally fake room is totally different and worst the washroom is also dirty the mattress was also not clean the room was pathetic and the food quality was worst and the service was also to slow the totality disappointing
