Hotel O Palkhi Road Near Sai Baba Temple Formerly Netra Sai

Great location - walkable for 3-5 minutes from and to Temple as well as a shopping market by Gate 1.

Great spot of the hotel, way closer to Samadhi of Shree Shirdi Sai Baba. Booking was easy and was helped by the reception person, most possibly he spoke in Marathi language. 2 rooms were shown while informing about hot water service and everything seemed to be clean at first, though for some reason after darshan when we slept in our room - found a cockroach on floor and called the on duty staff immediately. Bedsheets were unhygienic and had stains underneath the Bed Runner (which couldn't be checked during room viewing initially). Had to call the guy in overnight shift so the bedsheets can be changed. Though he was by himself, I helped him tuck our bedsheets and duvet cover. Bathroom faucets weren't maintained well enough at all and broken and that could be observed next morning while I took the cold shower (because hot water was incredibly slow to obtain and we had to check out and head out to Nashik, out departure was delayed dby half hour because of hot water issues). A broken faucet was hidden behind the water tub on plastic-fabric tool that was in shower area to sit and shower. Shower water amenity looks disgusting as shown in the picture. Totally pathetic.Lastly, I would only like to add that the rooms aren't good at all for the price of Rupees. 1,000 that was shown online - Booking.com . My recommendation would be to always visit the hotels in Shirdi and view the room well enough to get feel like looted.Also spoke with the Market manager on site - next morning about the issues faced, he didn't even care to apologise for the inconvenience we had throughout the stay. Typically disastrous OYO Rooms property. The hotel management should change their name on Booking.com immediately so that people shouldn't get more cheated as we felt.No amount of compensation was given at the end by the market manager. Such a shame on the company - OYO.Have enclosed photos of the issues described.

The hospitality by the staff was good!

There were so many cockroaches in the room. The bedcovers and blankets weren’t very clean. The air conditioner kept going off and on!

Location was good, it's a 2 min walk nearby temple and main road, staff were very good. Rooms were neat and clean, bed and blanket was clean.

Lift was not working, door lock was not proper, washroom washbasin was not proper, telephone was not working, ac remote was not working properly, basically something needed to improve, except staff, they were supportive and good person.

This is the first time a hotel has ever done something so careless to me. Due to the fraudulent commitment made when reserving a hotel, I have now chosen not to make any more reservations through the booking website.

Maintenance of property is horrible.The only good thing about this property its close proximity to shirdi sai mandir.Will definitely not recommend this property to anyone ad the rooms and washrooms are too small and very untidy.
